The kitchen has plenty of food prep space and dining area. Everyone can watch his or her favorite show on the TVs and DVD players. There is WIFI, too! Large place with great rooms

Everything was awesome, we had a great time! I will give a warning for people who have little kids, there are three floors, so if you have little kids you might be walking up and downstairs a bunch.

The Good: The property fit all of us (17 adults) very comfortably. The location was perfect close to all attractions and shopping. The amenities of the house were great. (although the pool is SUPER small) The Bad: The check in "window" of 3 pm to 7 pm is unreasonable there should be a specific set time. The floors were dirty upon check in and the hand rails were filthy. All of the beds were very uncomfortable. The dryer took 2 cycles to dry the clothes.

Nice location need a deep clean

The property is nice layout and location but needs a deep clean the kids feet were black 15 mins after arrival. The beach is very crowded because the hotel next store sets up there umbrellas early. The parking situation is horrible to non existent we could not find a parking space most of the time Especially if you have a truck or anything bigger than a compact we had to park a car off site due to the lot being full even though we were not using all of our parking passes. The beds are also in bad shape sagging to the floor and the linens had stains on them also some of the bed spreads had blood on them. This unit cost to much to be this shabby.

Overall good experience

The property was perfect for our group of 18 with ages ranging from 20 months to 84 years. The parking area is a little tight but plenty of clearance for a high top van. The pool is really small. The condo itself was perfect size but there were a few things that could have been better from a property management / cleaning / linen service standpoint. We rented linen and were shorted a few items (towels, etc). Also, the used linen from the previous renters was laying outside our door when we arrived and had not been picked up when we left. The floors were very sandy on our arrival. There are some minor maintenance needs that the owner may not be aware of (handles off cabinets, some of the stairs are showing wear, paint touch ups needed) and the couches really need cleaned. There was no toaster on our arrival but one was delivered part way through our stay and the cord to the griddle is missing. TV #3 never worked and one fan was burned out. Maintenance was callled about the fan and they said they would need to report that to the owner so no fan in that bedroom during our stay. Also, the smoke detector was disconnected on our arrival but Maintenance came right away to ensure it installed and working properly. It really was a great experience with the condo the right size for our group with a few minor details that need improving.
