Pet-Friendly Guidelines

We welcome up to two dogs (maximum 50 pounds each) with a $100 pet fee.

Pet Requirements:

Non-aggressive breeds only
House-trained dogs only (no pee pads)
Dogs are not permitted on beds
Pet blankets provided for furniture use
Dogs must be supervised or crated if left alone
Yard must be cleaned after use
Additional $100 cleaning fee applies if waste is not removed

Any damage caused by pets will be charged accordingly.

A $400 cleaning fee applies to long-term stays.

Private hot tub scheduled for arrival in July 2025.

Violations of house rules may result in immediate cancellation.
