Baywatch 805 - Complete Disappointment
Owner of Baywatch 805 or Elliott Property Management completely dropped the ball on this property. The place was filthy. Moldy shower curtains, cabinet door near sink hanging off, mold in the coffee pot water reserve, sand on the floor, urine marks down the front of the toilet, pillows that looked like they were from 1950, mattresses where you sank into the middle, broken iron and ironing board, dust where we wrote our names just to prove a point. It took 3 days of constant communication with Elliott to get most of the problems resolved; however, even after two housecleaners came back at 10:30 pm, we had to clean the unit ourselves in order to be comfortable enough to sleep there. The owner obviously did not inspect the unit prior to the start of the season... or for the last few years. Bathroom rugs looked like they were 20+ years old with no rubber backing left on the rug. The washer sounded like it was ready to explode and although Elliott contacted the owner, the must have opted not to repair or replace the washer. There was enough lint in the dryer to start a fire. The entire building is in need of repair, paint and significant cleaning. We would never stay there again as they ruined the vacation of 6 adults.
