This Cherry Grove Beach pad is truly a home away from home as it comes furnished with everything that you need, whether you're enjoying a short weekend getaway or 30+ day stay. Within this equipped unit, you will find 4 bedrooms ( 2 king beds and 3 queen beds) with ceiling fans and TVS in every room, 3 full baths with jetted tub in master, a fully stocked kitchen including a 2 way coffee maker (grounds, k-cups or pods), high speed 500 mbps internet, fresh linens and towels, 10 beach towels, a 8 seater dining table, multiple common area full recliners for lounging with throw blankets (can sleep on them too), a private laundry room with cleaning supplies, shower toiletries, a starter kit of paper products and more.  Keep in mind, the unit comfortably sleeps 10 in beds, but if you have a few more people in your party, there is no additional charge if someone wants to sleep on a recliner or if you bring an air mattress!

You will have public access to a sun deck, community pool, hot tub, and four charcoal grills.  Please be advised that the pool and hot tub are closed November 1st to February 28th. You will also be given 2 parking passes to use in the ground level covered parking lot. Additional parking accommodations may be available upon request.

Within 20 steps to the sand, you are conveniently located directly across the street from the beach, while also being just a short drive away from area attractions. In close proximity to Cherry Grove Villas, you will find Cherry Grove Fishing Pier, Heritage Shores Nature Preserve and Park with a boat ramp, picnic tables, a walking trail as well as water sports such as kayaking and paddle boarding. You’re also nearby plenty of bars, shops, championship golf courses, and live entertainment theatres. Within 3 miles, there are several grocery stores as well (Boulineau's, Publix, Walmart and Aldi).

Within 15 min drive, you can visit Barefoot Landing, a large shopping complex which is next to the inter-coastal waterway. Within 25 minute drive, you can visit Broadway at the Beach, a famous shopping and entertainment plaza.

Please be advised: The HOA restricts the following on the property: pets, motorcycles, golf carts, boats, RVS, and trailers.

After each stay, inventory is taken, a $100 fee will be incurred for any unaccounted parking pass.
