Summary:

Great cozy unit (part of a duplex, top floor only) with a shared pool

* Close to the beach and main attractions, *located in North Myrtle Beach.

* Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics. *sleeps up to 12 guests.

*PET OWNERS: Only fully trained pets are allowed with a pet fee but must be pre-approved by host. Please contact me for details.

* Pool is open from May 31st through September 30th

*5 bedrooms, 3 baths, great space. (must climb stairs to second floor unit is upstairs only)

*Private patio.

*Shared pool.

* 3 king beds, 3 full beds.

*Washer/ dryer available in the unit.

*Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics (condiments are not included).

*Dining area.

*Sheets and linens provided.

*Free WiFi and smart TV available.

*Pets are allowed with a pet fee. please don't forget to mention if you're bringing any pets with you.

*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.

*Towels are provided for showers only.

The Neighborhood:

Located in North Myrtle Beach, about 5 minutes walk to the beach. Close to Barefoot Landing boasts over 100 unique shops and boutiques. Myrtle Beach Mall and a gigantic Tanger Outlet center are also a short drive away. The highlights of North Myrtle Beach are all nearby, with popular spots like Alligator Adventure or the House of Blues just around the corner. Head slightly north and you'll find yourself in the heart of North Myrtle Beach, with the Main Street area offering a fun sense of nostalgia and great local eateries and shops.

*NO mailbox for this location.

*Due to the fact that some guests have allergies, Pets are not allowed on beds and furniture and must be caged when you're not home. In case of finding any evidence that pets were on the beds, blankets or furniture, the guests will be charged for additional cleaning fee.

*Only initial amount of toiletries, paper towel and toilet paper provided, guests should bring their own extras.

*Bed sheets are provided (one set per bed)

*Bath towels are included (one per guest, must not leave unit)

*Bring your own beach towels (do not use bath towels)

*the house is inspected prior to your arrival to make sure all is clean and working properly. please contact me immediately for any questions or concerns.

*The pool is available during the seasonal months and is professionally cleaned twice a week (usually Tuesday and Friday weather permitted)

Excellent

Great stay, excellent communication and overall fantastic weekend in Myrtle Beach. I would definitely stay here again. Plenty of space for all 11 people. Definitely check it out.

Disappointing

Was so excited for this trip and am sorry to leave this review as I never felt ripped off by a vacation rental before this trip. Vacation was family - 4 adults and one 10 yo - and I understand that the end of summer was prime time and expected to pay for it. However, when spending THAT much money, I do expect to get value. It is a great location. Very easy access to the beach and to restaurants. The place was well cleaned, large and had enough seating for the 5 of us. Nice balcony porch with chairs where we could dry our beach stuff. Ample parking in front and back. Unfortunately, there were major issues as soon as we arrived. The front French doors did not close or lock securely. When you thought they were closed, you could easily push them open from outside. Then we saw the pool - it was disgusting. Unless the paint scheme was mottled brown 🤢, the pool hadn’t been truly cleaned in a while. I contacted the mgr/owner immediately who said the pool was serviced 2x/week but it would be taken care of asap. Late the following afternoon, a handyman was able to somewhat fix the doors (tiny lego jammed in someplace) but didn’t have a screw to fix the strike plate. So you had to hold the strike plate in place when you closed the door. The pool servicer showed up 4 days later, just before we left. He checked the filter, took a water sample and left. There was NO cleaning done. Obviously, we did not use the pool - which is one of the criteria I had in looking for a place. Other negatives include no place to hang things - any things! There are a couple small bars in baths, but nowhere to hang clothes. The back door has a 1/2” gap all around that allows hot air/bugs/etc. The back porch and stairs are painted metal that is so badly peeling that it’s had to hold the railing. For a very expensive /night, I do expect more. I would not return to this location unless changes were made.

Mental Health Vacation Needed!!

The property was just as they were in the description and photos. Thank God! And it was clean. It was only 3 of us so we had more than enough space and the walk to the beach was less than 5 mins. The owner was very communicative and accommodating! I appreciated and enjoyed my stay. I would recommend this property and I will book with this owner whenever possible. Thanks again for allowing us the peace we needed. And this was my 17-year-old blind Min Pin dog's last trip to the beach before his illnesses will soon force us to lay him to rest. Thanks again.

Over stated

The doors do not close in the house because the foundation is unbalanced. Light covers are missing and the door knob is falling off in the main bathroom. There are minor stuff marks on the walls and no trash cans in the 3 bathrooms.
