It’s a beautiful condo. We had enough room for 5 of us adults. The views are beautiful. The beach is right there. The pool needs work but people swam in it. Nancy was quick to answer questions and she was very helpful. I will and do recommend this condo! Hopefully we will be back!

Very nice condo.

This property is in a neighborhood with many other condo buildings. This particular building is kept up but probably one of the oldest. There were a few minor items in the condo itself that my husband needed to tend to. Bathroom door that wouldnt close because the hinges were loose. Closet doors that were off track. A Tv that was barely hanging on the wall because the anchors were loose in the drywall. The decor in the condo is adorable. Immediately felt like home. Nancy was quick to answer questions that came up. We rented for the week. 1 trash bag, 1 dishwasher pod and 1 tbspn of liquid dish soap was left for us. We left more behind for the next renters, hope they got to enjoy that. Check out was very easy, virtually no cleaning was required. The location is very good. We had a wonderful vacation all in all.

Infinite Ocean Views

Incredible family vacation with something for everyone! We enjoyed the amazing views from both balconies, each equipped with comfortable chairs and refreshing ocean breezes! The beds were amazingly soft with smooth fresh sheets and fluffy pillows, we all left well rested! Location is very convenient to several fantastic restaurants, shops & attractions. Perfect family time for all can be found here!

We had an amazing week!! Literally thee perfect family vacation beach getaway!! The condo was perfect. The rooms were so spacious and cute the bathrooms were nice and clean and the VIEWS Love the panoramic views. Waking up to the ocean every morning was amazing. Perfect location to everything. 20 minutes to all the “South Myrtle Beach” attractions, so many great shopping areas(Tanger Outlets and Barfoot landing) only a 5 min drive. The restaurants were phenomenal. Our favorites were Hook & Barrel, Rockefeller Raw Bar, Kings Famous Pizza (Italian Restaurant)and Nacho Hippo. For dessert our favorite spot was The Dolly Llama!! We would recommend this condo rental to anyone and everyone!! To top it off the hosts were absolutely phenomenal. So kind and attentive!! Can’t wait to come back next year! Thank you for letting us use your beach home and create lasting memories!

Our new favorite place!

We celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary and this beautiful condo was the perfect place. It'sbeautifully decorated and has need. The beach was beautiful and quiet with gorgeous sunrises. Nancy is an awesome host. We will be back for sure! everything you could possibly need. The view is gorgeous

Weekend getaway

Beautiful townhouse! Loved sitting on the balcony looking and listening to the ocean. The beach was a very short walk to get to. All the essentials that we have at home were in the beautiful kitchen. We loved it!!

Property was as advertised. Pleased with location and space and amenities in the condo. Had to leave early after only three nights due to tropical storm Debby and flooding/ tornado warnings. Owner was not flexible with refund due to Tropical storm, which was very disappointing. In talks with Vrbo to hopefully receive some sort of refund.

Memorial Day weekend

A great place right on the beach. Unit was clean and had space for 5 adults. Nancy was available with any questions. Note: you will need to turn main water valve on, located in hall bathroom in closet. Bring your own beach towels & chairs, there are none. Parking was easily accessible.

Absolutely Amazing!!

Our stay was amazing!! The condo was absolutely beautiful!! The views from the balcony are breathtaking! Everything was just as pictured!! Check in was very easy. If we had a question Nancy was very easy to reach and very quick to respond! Our family made lots of memories on this trip and are looking forward to our next trip!! We will be returning as long as Nancy is willing to have us again!!

Wonderful Beach Spot!!

Nancy’s place was just as advertised! It was very clean, kitchen was very well stocked with anything you could need for cooking. Two options for coffee makers, which we have a 1yr old and 4yr old so more coffee the better! The kids slept great in the beds and so did we in the primary room. Check in and out was a breeze! Nancy absolutely puts a personal touch on her listing and communications! We will be back, if she will have us 😀

Clean, cozy condo in excellent location!

Condo was very clean with everything needed for fun family beach vacation. Excellent location right on the beach. Beachfront pool that was very private and never crowded. Sand just a quick elevator ride away. Owner Nancy was easy to reach and very helpful. Would stay again!

Wonderful Labor Day weekend

This condo is great! It had everything we needed and it's in a perfect location for us. The beach was not very crowded and it was easy to get in/out of the building and parking lot. The unit was very nicely decorated and had everything we needed. Communication with the owner was great; we had a small problem with the TV and she answered my question within a few minutes and solved the problem. Check-out was fast and easy. I would definitely stay here again and we were very pleased with everything.

Beautiful Views

We loved our stay in this condo! The owner was very responsive whenever we had questions. The place was a great size (4 adults and 2 kids) and we spent hours on the balcony. The views are perfect! They have a great stash of games and even had some boogie boards for the kids to use. It is close to Barefoot Landing and not far from Broadway at the Beach for great places to eat and some different things to do. The only down side was not having laundry in the room, but we knew ahead to bring coins for the hallway washer/dryer. Overall we highly recommend staying here!

Spring Break

The property is gorgeous. The view is incredible. It’s quiet and not crowded at all. Loved being right on the beach. Tons of things that are close by to do. This pictures seemed like it would have been larger, but it was just fine for four adults and two teens.
