Renovated in February 2022. This family-owned Cherry Grove / North Myrtle Beach condo has it all, an oceanfront balcony, steps to the sand. Close to the Cherry Grove Pier and the marsh nature trail on 53rd. Whether you enjoy dining, golfing, shopping, fishing, or just sitting on the balcony, feeling the ocean breezes and listening to the breaking waves, you will be planning your next Beach vacation before this one is over.

The Sedgefield is a small 5-story building and is perfect for couples and families to relax and play or just lounge by the oceanfront pool.

This 1st floor (one floor above ground level) 3 bedroom / 3 bath oceanfront condo features a fully equipped kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances (induction oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave), granite countertop, washer/dryer, WiFi, new 58” 4K smart/Roku tv in the living room and 43” 4K smart/Roku tv in each bedroom. Linens, towels, are provided for your convenience. Covered parking is available.

Important note: building strictly forbids pets* and house parties. Motorcycles and golf cars are not permitted on property.
There are two parking spaces available.
Failure to adhere to the building rules will result in eviction without refund.

*Important note. The “no pets” policy is a building rule for renters. Owners can have pets and some do. I cannot guarantee an allergy free apartment. We do our best to thoroughly clean the unit after each rental but if you have a severe allergy and health concerns, this is probably not the right rental for you.

Ocean view was great, had pool basically to ourselves, outside are was clean. Lots of kid friendly things in the condo such as games, coloring, puzzles, water toys, sand toys, floats.Host was very quick to respond. Will definitely be back!

Beautiful beach view, incredible location! Condo is well stocked & nicely decorated. Not being able to open any windows was disappointing with the beautiful beach breezes. Shower heads are a little oddly placed - too high to reach shorter people and tub drains are very slow to drain. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would return again!

Nice Stay!

My family and I stayed 4 days for our vacation and it was a nice place! We had some issues but Leslie was super quick to respond, very apologetic and fixed most of the problems! Parking was tight but we had a big vehicle and that’s usually the case with these beach condos so we were prepared for that. It was a nice, quiet neighborhood and the beach was beautiful and wasn’t crowded at all. Overall we had a great time! If you want to be out of the craziness, this is the perfect condo for you. Good for a family or couple who just want to relax and enjoy the quiet. It was an easy drive to shopping or restaurants as well. The view was decent. The condo sits back a little further from the others so the parking lot is kind of In front of the balcony area as well as the dunes, so you don’t have a clean view of the ocean like some places. You can still see it, you’re just further away, so keep that in mind if you are wanting that “right on the beach stay”. It’s a short walk down to the beach but you will walk up the top of the dunes and then down a short steep hill to the beach. Older folks may have a hard time maneuvering the hills, so be aware of that. All in all we had a great time and hope to visit again soon!

The best condo ever!

This condo has been my favorite so far. The kitchen was stocked with plenty dishes, utensils and everything you need. There is plenty room with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There were even beach chairs to use. Leslie was very friendly and accommodating. We were even able to get an early check in. Thank you, Leslie for a great place to stay and enjoy the beach!
