Two bedroom, two bath and screened in porch overlooking golf course and lake. This unit is in a gated golf community. Must be 25 yrs of age to rent the condo. No Motorcycles, Trailers or Rv's allowed on property.
The Space:
Great condo in beautiful Tidewater Plantation on the third floor. Easy access with the building elevator.
Dishwasher, flat top range. toaster, blender, disposal, VCR/DVD, two flat screen TVs's, wood floors, screened porch with seating, jacuzzi tub and stack washer/dryer. Kitchen offers breakfast bar with two stools and dining table with four chairs.
The Master bedroom has 1 king bed. Bedroom 2 has 2 twin beds.
This unit is in a gated golf community.
Guest Access:
Guests will pick up and return key(s) to the rental office.
The Neighborhood:
North Myrtle Beach is a great area for family and fun. Nearby restaurants recommended are Crave and Ciao for Italian, Cafe Gelato for a quick bite, Blueberry Grill for breakfast, Margaritas for Mexican, River City Cafe for a burger and Martins in Long Bay Resort for a nice dinner.
Getting Around:
Vehicles continue to be the primary form of transportation in Myrtle Beach, but a guest could use Uber-Lyft or choose to bike or walk. However biking and walking would limit your dining and activities.

Must be 25 or older to rent. Absolutely NO house parties. NO SMOKING, NO PETS, NO MOTORCYCLES. NO GOLF CARTS.
The renter agrees to Hold Eagle Beach Rentals' employees and unit owners harmless for any accident, damage, or lost/stolen items that may occur during renter occupancy. The renter further agrees to comply with the resort's conditions, regulation and rules. Renters must be 25 years of age to book our properties.
This is a non-smoking property and all guest rooms are non-smoking. Smoking in the rooms will result in a cleaning fee of $250.00 USD
