We follow Airbnb`s enhanced cleanliness protocol developed with cleaning expert guidance. We clean and sanitize for each stay (before check in and after check out).

Smart lock SELF check-in system, Please go straight to the unit! Entry code will be provided the date you arrive. Please always make sure the door is locked by clicking the bottom submit button before you leave the property.

Please bring your favorite beach/pool towels, or you can rent beach chairs and umbrellas on the beach from the city lifeguards or contact us for information.

Must be clean and respectful guests to book. This is NOT a hotel room, but our personal condo, please treat it like your own.

Our condo was designed with YOU in mind, we want to make a great vacation for you, and enjoy your time here as your second home. Top notch accommodation, great location to everything, and of course steps away to the ocean! We believe you and your love ones will enjoy this home as much as we do.

NO-SMOKING inside the unit, nor on balcony.

No pets nor events in condo. Violations are subject to a minimum $250.00 fine each and will be evicted.
*Quiet time from 11pm-7am. Please be mindful of others.
*No luggage carts in the unit
*We charge up to $65.00 for stained, missing linens and towels.
*Max number of guests is 7
*No smoking inside condo, balcony included. Any sign of smoking/pets/events/parties will be $250.00 Fine and will be removed.
*Please take your trash out during your stay to prevent bugs. Wash all dishes that were used.
*Please don`t take our towels out of unit to pools or the beach.
*Amenities that are listed such as Resort pools, hot tubs, etc. MAY or MAY NOT be available at your time of arrival, could be closed due to maintenance, upgrades or simply just the time of year ( we have no control over of this). No refunds due to this.
*Airbnb Damage Claim: We sincerely wish you all have a great vacation and enjoy your stay at our oceanfront condo. Please treat our home as your own and we would greatly appreciate it. If guest breaks something beyond normal wear and tear, missing items, we would have to file a claim through Airbnb Resolution Center.
*Check out is by 10am. Please place used towels in towel hampers in bathrooms, take all the trash out. Do not set trash bags outside your door, it will resulting a charge from the HOA for clean up. You will be charged also if this occurs, please help us keep the property clean and safe for everyone. *Personal Items Left Behind: The owners are not responsible for lost or misplaced items left behind.
