Cute beach condo, great view, nice amenties

This condo was very clean, nicely decorated, and had a fabulous ocean view. Good size for our family of 7 with 4 queen beds. Communication with host was good. We enjoyed the close beach access and selection of indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, and lazy rivers which was nice to have as a backup to an overcast, very windy day at the beach.

Great beach vacay with excellent pool

Our family of 9 just stayed here. Great location if you’re looking at spending lots of time at the beach and/or pool. Beds were comfy for 8, the pull out couch need replacement- we bought a foam mattress topper for the 9th person. The place was overall great just would suggest replacing the living room couch and chair- very worn and dirty looking. More patio furniture would be nice as well and a small vacuum to suck up the sand particles on the floor would be great. A broom is provided so we just used that. I would definitely stay here again. Communications with the owner were outstanding, very prompt replies. Highly recommend this place for your next beach vacay.

Perfect getaway

My husband, teenage daughters and I spent 2 nights in this condo. The views from the 19th floor balcony were exquisite. Not only did we love the resort and all of the amenities it had to offer, but the condo was amazing. The condo was tactfully decorated, extremely clean and comfortable. The small upgrades (like walk-in shower and granite countertops) were appreciated. The communication with the owner made the stay personable and we pleasantly were able to check in a couple of hours early upon request. We absolutely recommend this condo for a pleasant beach getaway.

Amazing views

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und dekoriert.Es ist alles was man benötigt vorhanden.Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und der Strand vor der Tür ein Traum.Wenn man wie wir aus Europa anreist,ist es schade alles zu kaufen zu müssen (Waschmittel,Strandtücher,Aluminiumfolie usw.)und nach vier Tagen zu entsorgen.Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und die Zeit genossen.Leider hatten wir sehr laute Nachbarn,die bis nachts um 2pm Musik und Filme laufen ließen.

Les photos décrive bien le condo ! Confortable et tranquille! Nous avons apprécié l’endroit! Quelques petites améliorations serait à apporter, la leveuse et le sèche linge sont EXTRÊMEMENT bruyants. Le lave vaisselle est difficile à comprendre peu être prendre le temps de mettre une note pour son fonctionnement. Pas de liquide à vaisselle, aucun produit nettoyant, pas linge à vaisselle! Sinon tout est ok

Decent Beach Condo Resort/at Myrtle Beach

Me & my mother stayed at this Resort Condo for six nights for a girls trip on VacationEverything was as described.The best part was the Amazing View wonderful, pool & beach Access was right there within walking distance to Windy Hill Beach.Lots of Sea shells & beach chairs available on the beach.3 restaurants inside Resort was nice with Karaoke, Beach music at the Pool was very nice! with singers & performers easy check in access.5 pools & about 5 hot tubs.Baywatch store inside Resort too. Everyone at the check in office was very nice, they even took pictures for us before we left. The small least things I had to say for the beach condo. Was the maker was a little complicated. I did not have coffee filters at all. I had to buy them. No coffee other than two scoops in a container which I had to buy too it was supposed to be included. No soap was filled for the kitchen so I bought that too. Condo was clean but sort of a little dusty but that's okay. Second balcony window blinds had a fishing pole holding it together. I could not get the sliding door open until I rolled the blinds up & called Evolve to figure it out. Which I got it opened & we figured it out together. Super nice guy. The pool was nice but my only problem were the kids being in hot tubs & the pool being really crowded so definitely get there at 8:00am in the lobby or get out super early to get a beach chair on the beach. But it was expected this is a Resort. Decent stay!! we had a great time

Beautiful, Incredible Condo!

I recently stayed at this condo, and what a fantastic stay! First off, the condo itself was pristine. Beautiful tile floor, granite, furniture -- everything -- the nicest condo I've ever seen at Bay Watch. Second, the owner was very communicative. He texted me to welcome, and also made sure everything was satisfactory. Third, this unit is the Penthouse, and directly on the beach/ocean -- the views were stunning!! I highly recommend and cannot wait to come back!
