As you enter your vacation home you are greeted by a spacious living room with enough seating for all your guests, a 50 inch smart tv, and even a Queen sofa bed for extra sleeping space! Just around the corner you will find a spacious updated kitchen, complete with butcher block counters and stainless appliances! This space flows perfectly into the dining room, and bar top area which has a combined seating for 10 guests! Rounding out the first floor is a handicap accessible first floor bathroom, and first floor laundry! Winding your way upstairs you will notice an updated full bath at the top of the stairs serving two spacious bedrooms. The first of these bedrooms has 2 twin over twin bunk beds! The second upstairs bedroom has a Queen bed, a Twin XL bed, 40 inch smart TV, and access to the outside deck space! Rounding out the second floor you will find the large primary bedroom with soaring cathedral ceilings, outside deck access, an on suite full bathroom, a dedicated desk workspace, a 40 inch smart TV, and even an exercise bike to keep you in the routine away from home! Continue out back to the outside patio space, where you will find your outside eating area, propane grill, and hot tub! From there take a short flat stroll to the beach access, or pivot another direction to main street North Myrtle Beach to take in everything the area has to offer. Free parking is available for 2 vehicles. Please park inside the red line on the driveway, and do NOT block the neighbors driveways. NO HOA here so motorcycles are welcome!

The front door has an electronic August Smart lock & you will be provided the door code the day of check in, as well as app access if smart phone

CHECK IN/OUT: Check-in is 4pm, Check out time is 10am. We do not offer late check out or early check in as we do same day check in/out during our busy season. It is important that we give our cleaning crew the optimal amount of time to ensure the house is cleaned to the highest standard. Late checkouts will be charged $50 every 30 minutes.

Beach Wagons, Beach Chairs & Beach Umbrellas may be available for your use during your stay. Any items not returned will result in the following charges: $60 for beach chairs, $200 for beach wagons, and $100 for beach umbrella.

Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space/neighbors with respect. Observe typical quiet hours of 10 pm - 8 am.

2 off street parking spots in front of the garage side by side. Please Park inside the red line on the pavement not on the street or blocking neighboring driveways. Parking can be tight so park close.

There are several restaurants and activities within walking distance from our home (1.5 mile or less) and paid public parking if you prefer to drive. Uber, Lyft, Golf cart rentals and bike rentals are also available. There are over 50 restaurants within 3 miles of our home.
