As of spring 2022, the condo has been nicely updated and refreshed. All carpeting has been removed and replaced with tile and laminate flooring throughout. The walls have been freshly painted and decorated with beautiful beach-inspired decor. All mattresses have been replaced, and many rooms now feature new bed frames.
Upon arrival, guests will enter through the oversized kitchen. The kitchen offers multiple dining tables, along with plenty of dining chairs and bar stools, providing ample seating for everyone. Guests will enjoy full-sized appliances, expansive counter space, and plenty of cabinetry stocked with basic cookware and kitchen essentials. A standout feature of the kitchen is the oversized fridge and freezer—perfect for storing food and beverages for a group of 18. The kitchen also features granite countertops, and a small balcony is accessible from the kitchen area.
There are a total of five bedrooms throughout the condo. Each bedroom includes a closet, dresser, and a private full bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with smart TVs (no cable), and guests may use their own login credentials for streaming. The bedroom layouts and bed sizes are as follows:

Bedroom 3: One king bed with access to the small balcony

All bath towels, toiletries, bedding, and linens are provided. Starter amenities such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner are also included with each reservation. A centrally located laundry and utility closet includes a full-sized washer and dryer. A half bathroom is located in the hallway for guest convenience.
At the front of the condo, you will find the main living area. It features ample seating for large groups and is fully furnished, including a sleeper sofa that comfortably sleeps two guests. One of the highlights of the space is the wet bar, perfect for relaxing and entertaining. The living room includes a large sofa, accent chairs, an entertainment center, and a TV with cable (note: no streaming capabilities). Guests also have access to the ocean-view balcony. While the view is partially obstructed by nearby buildings, the ocean is still visible.
Ocean Breeze Luxury Villas is a small ocean-view complex located directly across the street from the beach. The complex offers a small outdoor pool and free parking. Guests love the convenience of being able to walk across the street to access the beach without the need to drive. Free Wi-Fi and cable TV are available in the living room. As noted earlier, towels and linens are provided at no extra cost, and guests will arrive to freshly made beds and fully stocked bathrooms, including eight towels and eight washcloths.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. If smoking occurs, the full security deposit will be retained. Ocean Breeze Luxury Villas does not allow boats or trailers. The property is located approximately 25 minutes from central Myrtle Beach, Myrtle Beach International Airport, and the famous SkyWheel. Popular nearby attractions include Duplin Winery, Barefoot Landing, Alligator Adventure, and the Big M Casino boats.
Please note: Parking is first come, first served. Guests will be provided with only two parking passes for this unit. Any additional vehicles must find alternative parking. The HOA strictly enforces towing, and we are unable to provide additional parking passes per HOA rules. Motorcycles, boats, and trailers are not permitted.
This property has a minimum age requirement of 25 to book. The reservation holder must be at least 25 years old for the reservation to be valid. Reservation holders under the age of 25 may be subject to fines or eviction.
