Welcome to Chastity`s Cove, a spectacular 4th-floor beachfront condo offering breathtaking direct ocean views. This inviting retreat is perfect for up to 4 guests.

Step into a bright, sun-drenched living space, where a wall of glass opens directly onto your private balcony overlooking the ocean. The open-concept layout, featuring a comfortable teal sofa, is perfect for relaxing and connecting. Unwind and stream your favorite movies and shows on the 40” Smart TV, which also offers premium cable channels.

The fully stocked kitchen, featuring dark wood cabinets and granite counter tops, has everything you need to whip up beach-side snacks or a family meal. It includes:

Find restful sleep in the main bedroom, which features two luxurious queen-size memory foam beds. Two spacious closets provide ample storage. The full bathroom includes a convenient double vanity with a granite counter-top, a shower/tub combination, a hairdryer, and an iron for your convenience.

Your private balcony, furnished with four cozy chairs, is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee while watching the sunrise or an evening cocktail overlooking the resort pools and the beautiful North Myrtle shoreline. You`ll also find sun loungers, board games, and books available for your enjoyment.

Your vacation begins the moment you arrive with convenient self-check-in via a keypad. You will have private access to the entire condo for the duration of your stay. Your booking also includes full access to the fantastic, vibrant Beach Cove Resort amenities, designed for fun and relaxation:

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Beach Cove Resort is an oceanfront getaway in North Myrtle Beach’s Windy Hill area, offering a relaxed, family-friendly setting close to top attractions. Enjoy direct beach access, resort-style pools and dining, and an easy 5-minute drive to Barefoot Landing for shopping, restaurants, and live entertainment. Golf courses, shows, and family attractions are all nearby, with quick access to Hwy 17 and convenient Uber/Lyft service.

GETTING AROUND
Beach Cove Resort offers easy access to Highway 17 with on-site parking available. Golf carts and bikes are popular and easy ways to explore the area, while Uber and Lyft are widely available for quick trips. The resort area is walkable, with nearby restaurants, bars, and beach access. Myrtle Beach International Airport (MYR) is about a 25-minute drive away.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
Please keep the following important information in mind for your stay:

**Amenity Access: The on-site restaurant, arcade, and fitness center are reserved for owner use only and are not accessible to guests.

**Beach Gear: Beach chairs and umbrellas are not provided with the condo but are available for seasonal rental directly from the lifeguards on the beach.

**Extended Stays:
This condo is perfect for both short trips and longer vacations. Please inquire about our discounts for weekly or monthly bookings.

**Mandatory Rental Agreement and Damage Waiver:
We partner with the safe and secure CHARGEautomation system which assists with completion of the rental agreement and damage waiver process. Agreement consent is finalized through payment of the mandatory, non-refundable $35 Damage Protection Fee within 1 hour of booking. The waiver includes coverage for up to $1,000 in accidental damage, providing added peace of mind for your stay.

**Parking Limitations: No motorcycles, golf carts, trailers, or golf carts are allowed on the resort property.

We provide starter essentials only and all replacement items will be the guests responsibility. Towels and linens are not replaced by the host during their stay, but can be refreshed at the (in-building laundry area)

POTENTIAL OFF-SEASON CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: During the off-season (after Labor Day through before Memorial Day), ALL the resorts throughout the Grand Strand may perform maintenance, renovations, or construction. Guests should expect the possibility of construction noise during daytime hours. Off-season rates are reduced accordingly and already reflect the potential for these activities.

We want to ensure you have a fantastic stay at our cozy 1-bedroom in Tower B. Please take a moment to review our house rules to make your experience as enjoyable as possible:

1. Check-In/Check-Out:
Check-in time is after 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. The rental agreement will be sent electronically and will need to be signed 24hrs before check-in.

2. Smoking and Vaping:
Our property is strictly non-smoking and non-vaping. Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the house or on the balcony/porch. Please use designated outdoor areas for smoking, if available.

3. Pets:
Sorry, but pets are not allowed on the premises. We love animals, but we want to ensure a clean and allergy-free environment for all guests.

4. Quiet Hours:
Please respect our neighbors and maintain quiet hours between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. No loud music or disturbances during this time.

5. Maximum Occupancy:
The maximum number of guests allowed is 4. Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.

6. Parties and Events:
No parties or events are allowed on the property. This includes gatherings exceeding the maximum occupancy without prior approval.

7. Amenities and Property Care:
Please treat our home with care. Any damages, excessive mess, or missing items will be the responsibility of the guest.
Kindly respect and use the amenities provided responsibly.

8. Cleaning and Maintenance:
A cleaning fee is included in your reservation. We kindly ask that you leave the property in a tidy condition upon check-out.

9. Security and Safety:
Lock all doors and windows securely when leaving the property.
Fire safety: Locate and familiarize yourself with the fire escape routes and fire extinguisher locations.

10. Respect for the Property:
Please respect our property and the belongings within. Do not move furniture or take items outside of the unit.

11. Parking:
Follow parking guidelines and use designated parking areas only. Parking instructions will be sent before arrival
