Nice place but we heard from locals the hotel owner was thinking of going to time shares. I really hope this doesnt happen as we have been staying at prince resort for several years now.

The ocean view from the balcony is excellent (best part of our stay). The apartment was clean and well furnished, but some updates are needed (stained bathtub and kitchen sink). The common areas of the building are showing wear and tear and require better maintenance/upgrading (elevators, pool areas and parking garage). The building location is great, right on the beach and next to the Cherry Grove pier.

I did one load of wash and had trouble getting the washer to go through the cycles. Also, the coffee maker appeared to be new, but it struggled at times. The last comment/suggestion is that I wish the bed pillows, the couch, and the porch furniture were fuller with better padding.
