Tucked along the sea in North Myrtle Beach this beautiful waterfront condo is ready to host your next favorite vacation! Any day can be a beach day as beach access is just steps away from your door, but when you aren't hanging out by the beach, swim in the turquoise waters of the shared pool. When you're out exploring the town, visit Lost Treasure Golf, Alligator Adventure, Cherry Grove Fishing Pier, the Carolina Opry, and Broadway at the Beach.

Ready to relax and unwind, find yourself lounging in the spacious living room where soft seating and a large TV provide the perfect space for movie marathons. The gleaming counters and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen make cooking fun! Whip up something delicious here before serving your mealtime masterpieces at the adjacent dining table, or alfresco on the scenic balcony.

The bedrooms, each adorned with beach-themed decorations and private TVs, are spacious, bright, and temperature-controlled with the condo's partial air-conditioning.

After a day spent in the sun, sand, and surf, toss your swimsuit into the private washer/dryer and head for the balcony where the sunset views are stellar and the air is balmy.

The patio door into inside leaks from the top of the door. We had to keep a towel on the floor. I reported the leak via text the first day it rained and never got any follow up. By the time we left you could smell the dampness in the main living area. The patio has a drainage problem it slopes toward the patio door to inside therefore the water just sits. Also by the outer door it stays damp which causes a smell. Both sinks in the bathrooms drain very slow.

One week stay in 1st floor level condo

Great place to stay for a week at the beach! Very happy with the pool and proximity to the beach. No one warned us about the water seeping into the condo though when it rained heavily. Used all our towels and there weren’t enough to go around when we all had to shower. We also could have used more trash bags and paper towels. Overall, happy with the experience.

Quick getaway!

We were thrilled to find this quaint condo for a quick getaway for my son's 10th birthday. We enjoyed the first floor condo with spacious layout, great ocean view, and easy access to the pool! This was a very quiet, peaceful property with easy access to the beach. Would definitely stay again!

Beach trip

When we arrived, we were unable to unlock the door. We had to get keys in lock box. When we arrived there was water standing in floor. Communicated this and said they would be in contact about it. Never heard anything. It had a mildew smell from the water. It advertises as an ocean front. This is not oceanfront. There is a small ocean view from little patio. Otherwise, it was a clean unit.

Issues

The place was cute, clean and nicely decorated inside. The location is great. Issues that need attention is leak around a bathroom exhaust fan and sink was very slow to drain. The dishwasher was out of order with no dish cloths. When it rained a puddle of water was in front of inside living room that was dripping from top of door. The the front porch was filthy and all the rug were so saturated with sand we couldn't wipe the sand off our feet. If I owned the place I would want these Issues corrected immediately.

Nice place

Only suggestion I have for rhis property is to make relabel the gate as exterior door and maybe make the second security door a little easier to get into. Nice veiw of the ocean great breeze on the balcony/entrance way. Great beach access.

Best rental ever!

This rental was amazing! It was so clean and newly decorated! It was steps from the beach. Closest we’ve ever been from beach. It has a really nice and clean pool. It’s not crowded and is super quiet. Beds were comfy. Great view of ocean from balcony. We will definitely be staying here again!
