Denna enhet ligger på 10: e våningen, enhet 1007 och har en mästare med en dubbelsäng och privat badrum med glasdörrar som leder till balkongen med utsikt över havet. Sovrum # 2 har en helt ny queen size-säng och sovrum # 3 har 2 singlar.

Waterpointe 1 som ligger i den lugna familjevänliga delen av Windy Hill i North Myrtle Beach har en uppvärmd inomhuspool, badtunna, utomhuspool, utomhusbarnspool, grillplats med picknickbord och två soldäckar. Den rymliga lobbyn är utrustad med sittgrupper, bord, stolar och TV. Vi är mindre än en mil från Barefoot Landing, Alligator Adventure, House of Blues, Bi-lo livsmedelsbutik. Bara 2 miles från Walmart, Tanger Outlets, Myrtle Beach Mall och så mycket mer !!!

Loved the location and convenience of the facility. Right on the beach, parking no issue and management was awesome.

If you are looking for something on the beach and still close to everything else Waterpoint l is the place. Easy access to beach, unit was very spacious and parking had no issues. Loved they had bathroom access for guest in the lobby from the beach and pool area. Will definitely book again there.

Huge and comfortable condo

Great beach views, warm indoor pool and hot hottub. Comfortable furniture and well stocked kitchen. Quiet beach and neighborhood. Best of all...Happy Crab is the best management company.

Well needed vacation for the family. The sign of a good vacation is when you realize it’s already the last day and you don’t know where the time went. Lots of incentive to do it again, very soon.

Bonus North Myrtle Beach Long Week-end August

My husband and 2 adult sons stay for 4 day week-end. Perfect location, Clean, Great Views with Balcony and no complaint of price! Lots of extras in kitchen if you need. It is older condo- But well maintained by owners. We would definitely stay here again. Only regret it went to quickly!!

North Myrtle

My sister and I were there for an R&R vaca. The condo was easy access, good parking.... easy entrance and the condo was excellent. One thing that made us choose this one was that the couch had a recliner on either end. VERY comfortable. I did not like the throw rugs on the floor, but easily kicked them aside for the week.. On the 10th floor, the waves sounded loud and clear and made for a nice sound to sleep to. nice access to the beach, and indoor and outdoor pools! wonderful vacation. We will return here for our next vaca!

Another great stay!

We have stayed at Waterpointe 1 several times and are never disappointed. The location and beach view are amazing as is the indoor sauna. The outdoor spaces are kept immaculate. Loved the reclining sofa in 1007! The beds were a little soft for our liking but we got used to them. Debbie and Randy are the best. Whenever we mentioned anything to them it was fixed or supplied asap. We hope to visit again soon!

Great location in North Myrtle!

Great location in North Myrtle, right across from Barefoot and close to the outlets and a lot of great restaurants. 20 mins to Broadway and 45 mins to the Marsh Walk in Murrells Inlet, this 3 bedroom unit has a very well stocked kitchen. Closet/storage space is extremely limited but water pressure was great and Randy and Debbie were kind and helpful. Check in and check out were smooth and parking was always available for our two cars. No lifeguard in front of the property but are close on either side. Thank you for such a great stay!

Quiet relaxing winter nreak

It was a wonderful experience, we normally go away anytime between 12/25 - 01/15. The weather is usually in the 60's. We enjoyed our stay, we walked on the beach, ate good food, read, did a little art work and slept. Just what we were expecting. The hotel also provides entertainment. which helps everyone socialize. However this is optional. The hotel is well situated, right across from Barefoot Landing. The only thing I would say on the negative side would be the beds. The mattresses very soft. Apart from, that everything was Superb.

Perfect location

This property was a little smaller than expected but overall the location to shopping and restaurants, beautiful views and ease of access to the beach made up for it. The condo was very clean and fully stocked. We never waited too long for the elevators. It was wonderful to just walk straight out onto the beach. Both pools were clean and well maintained. The kitchen has been updated and the living room was comfortable. The bathrooms are a little dated (I think upgrades are coming in the future). The bedroom with the twins was very small but there was adequate storage under the beds for our clothes. Our mattress (not the master) should be replaced although I think it said it was new, maybe it had been switched to the master at some point. The balcony was small but it offered great views and a constant breeze. Great place for reading! Parking was always available in the lot across the street. We needed more towels during our stay and the owner was very responsive. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Clean, Friendly and Quiet Complex

My family and I very much enjoyed our first stay at Waterpoint 1 and will likely stay at this complex again. The complex was very quiet, clean and the bonus activities of shell/rock painting and bracelet making was a super fun surprise. The nice folks that hosted the events in the lobby area were super friendly. The location is great, so close to our favorite shopping hub of Barefoot Landing. Our unit, although dated, was clean and very nicely decorated. I was worried about the across the street parking but it was no issue at all. There was a loading area where we were able to drop our bags off and then park right across the street. The kitchen was nicely stocked and the in unit washer and dryer was a plus. If we had to make a tiny complaint it would have to be the bed in the master bedroom was very noisy. Anytime you rolled over, got in or out of bed it made tons of noise. I am not sure if it was from the box spring or the plastic wrapped around the box spring but a light sleeper would likely have to use one of the other bedrooms. The bed itself was comfy. We would have no issues staying in this unit again. I would recommend this complex and this unit to anyone looking to stay in NMB.

Property fine, experience bad

Let me start by saying that the property itself is fine. Nice patio, compact but well-used space. Kitchen is well-equipped, beds were comfortable. Good shower pressure, etc. We had a good time on a family vacation for the weekend. Good experience was ruined upon checkout when we emailed to let them know there was no laundry bag there (was was instructed in the check-out process) to put our linens in. He said fine, leave everything near washer dryer. After we checked out, he emailed to accuse me of stealing the laundry bag. Sorry, but I have no desire to keep a dirty old laundry bag when I’m capable of buying one myself. This was a new level of pettiness. He also complained that we’d moved the glass coffee table a few feet out of the center of the room (we felt it was not safe since it was a loose glass top, and put it out of harms way. God forbid!) and left literally three clean dishes out to dry because there were no more clean towels to wipe them with. He also criticized the fact that we put a couple of pillow shams in the laundry, that we had most definitely slept on, so I would t necessarily expect clean linens here. I’ve travelled around the world staying in peoples apartments and have never ONCE had any kind of complaint from a single person, so this has been a first for me. I plan on letting VRBO that I was accused of stealing a laundry bag and also that the property did not include a grill as advertised, in addition to the fact that despite there being a no-smoking policy, we had weed smoke wafting into our unit at 8 am and there were cigarette burns in the carpet. Classy. Could have had repeat guests but instead accused us of petty theft and will likely try to nickel and dime us for our deposit money. I wouldn’t bother staying here.
