Welcome to Beach Sleeps located at Palmetto Dunes unit 102. The condo is newly renovated and conveniently located near many shops, restaurants, golf courses, and entertainment for the whole family. It boasts ocean and pool views from the master, living room, and screened-in balcony. The well-equipped kitchen invites you to prepare delicious meals, complete with modern appliances and ample countertop space. The ground-level storage closet is stocked with plenty of beach gear to make traveling a breeze.

We provide the first round of supplies like toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher and laundry detergent, hotel size soap and shampoo, and Starbucks k-cups for coffee, but if you’re staying a while you’ll want to pick some resupplies up at the store. Bed linens, bath towels, washcloths, and kitchen towels are included at no charge.

Assigned storage closet on ground level offers plenty of beach gear for your use or use it to store your own gear during your stay and avoid lugging it up to the room. What's provided:

•Games

★Parking★
•Parking is limited and there are no assigned parking spaces.
•Only 2 parking passes will be provided per HOA rules.
•Motorcycles, golf carts, trailers, and campers are not permitted to park in the parking lot per HOA rules.

★Other Things to Note★
•Guest must be at least 25 years of age to book and a responsible adult 25 or older MUST be present at all times.
•Pets are absolutely not permitted.
•No daily housekeeping service.
•Beach towels are not provided, and linens may not be taken from the unit.
•No fires/grilling allowed on the porch or in the unit.
•The condo owner assumes no responsibility for illness or injury that may incur while on the premises.
•Use bunk beds at your own risk and use caution while using bunk beds.
•Beach items are use at your own risk and items cannot be guaranteed due to guest use. Please replace anything that you lose or damage.
•Ring doorbell camera located by the front door • Pest control and maintenance must be allowed entry to the unit as needed. As of April 2025, preventative spraying of the interior of each unit and the exterior occurs on the 2nd Wednesday of each month.
•NO VAPING OR SMOKING OF ANY KIND IN CONDO OR ON BALCONY.
