This home is about 2.5 blocks (walking distance) from the ocean and has views of the marsh. This North Myrtle Beach vacation rental comfortably sleeps 17. The living area, dining area, and kitchen are located on the top floor and has a balcony that overlooks the pool. On this floor is the living area with a TV, dining area with a table for 6, and a kitchen bar with 4 bar stool. This new home has a full size kitchen and all appliances, pots, pans, etc. to prepare a favorite family meal. This floor has access to the balcony, with tables and chairs, to enjoy a relaxing time while overlooking the pool. This floor also has a half bath. The master bedroom has a king bed, TV, and master bath with a beautiful walk-in shower.

The second floor has 4 bedrooms and a bonus room with a sofa, TV, and Pac Man arcade game to entertain all ages. There is a bedroom with twin beds and TV, which has access to the balcony on the street side. This bedroom shares a tub and shower combination bath (Jack and Jill style) with a bedroom that has a queen bed and TV. On this level, there is also a bedroom with a queen bed, TV, and private bath with a tub and shower combination and access to the balcony on the street side. The last bedroom has 2 queen beds, TV, and access to the balcony on the pool side. This bedroom has access to the hall bath which has a walk-in shower. There are 3 sleeper sofas in this home (queen, double, and twin).

There is a washer and dryer, free WiFi, free parking (4 vehicles), and a garage that has a ping pong table. This home is pet friendly and motorcycles are allowed. No smoking please.
