BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS

The spacious primary bedroom has a plush bed and plenty of natural light. The second bedroom has two twin beds, and a pull-out sofa gives you extra sleeping space. Two full bathrooms and a stacked washer and dryer in the unit make longer stays easy.

Barefoot Resort guests enjoy multiple resort-style and community pools with sundecks, a driving range, and Marina Bar & Grill, and are near world-class Barefoot golf courses.



PARKING

Parking is available for 2 cars, with ample on-site parking. No trailers, motorcycles, golf carts, or commercial vehicles are allowed at this property. A smart lock code is provided at check-in.



- You must be 21 years of age to book this stay, and the person who books must be staying at the condo.

- DOG FRIENDLY: Well-behaved, house-trained dogs are welcome, with a limit of 2 dogs per stay. A pet fee applies and must be arranged before arrival; please contact us before booking with your dog's details. Dogs must be supervised at all times or crated if left alone, are not allowed on the beds or furniture, and must be leashed in common areas. Please pick up after your dog. Any dog that is disruptive to neighbors must be removed, and you are responsible for any damage caused by your dog.

- No smoking. Violators will be fined for smoke damage inside the unit. Smoking is only permitted outside, at least 10 feet from the doors.

- Firearms are not allowed in any of our private residences. Any firearms left behind will be turned over to local police without notice to the guest.

- Neighborhood quiet hours are 10pm-8am. If violated, the city will issue a fine. Guests are also responsible for following the City of Myrtle Beach ordinance rules. This is not a party house.

- No trailers, motorcycles, golf carts, or commercial vehicles are allowed. Parking is available for 2 cars. Each property has a maximum number of vehicles allowed on-site; overflow parking may be available at our office by advance arrangement for a per-vehicle, per-night fee.

- WHITE KEY CARD: A fee applies if the white key card is not returned to the unit at the end of the stay.

- DECORATING: Please use painters tape if you plan to decorate. A repainting fee applies if the walls are damaged by tape removal or decorations.

- LINENS: We have limited linens and towels and must wash them off-site between stays. We provide laundry detergent. No daily linen service is provided.

- INCLUDED WITH EACH STAY: Complimentary high-speed WiFi, coffee and add-ins, paper products (toilet paper, paper towels), hotel quality bath amenities (shampoo, hand soap), dish/laundry detergents, towels/linens, and basic cooking/kitchenware.

- LOCAL COMPLIANCE: This is a licensed and legal short term rental. It requires a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and an optional non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. Damage waiver purchase is optional. This is handled through Happy Guest, a secure, app-free website with no account required, which also gives you a guest portal with info about the home and our favorite local spots.

- If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Horry County is given during the dates of your stay, the Owner/Host or Property Management Company will refund 100% of all deposits, payments and/or monies paid within 72 hours, with no further liability. If inclement weather elsewhere prevents the traveler or guests from getting to Myrtle Beach, a refund will not be issued. During hurricane season or other months with potential for inclement weather, we strongly suggest travelers obtain travel insurance.



Sleeping arrangements: 1 queen bed in the primary bedroom, 2 twin beds in the second bedroom, and a pull-out sofa.



This is a first floor unit for easy accessibility. Bag drop is available through a third party for an additional fee. Please use the washer and dryer in the unit to freshen linens.
