* Check-in is 4:00pm, Check-out is 10:00am
* Pool & Hot Tub Hours – Pool open April–October (9 AM – Sunset), Hot tubs available year-round. Pool Access Card is available in the condo
* Free On-Site Parking. Parking access code sent via email or text, the parking tag is available in the condo. Trailers and motorcycles are not allowed.
* Free shuttle service runs from May-Sept and will take you to the Barefoot Cabana area at the beach. The Shuttle will stop at Yacht Club Villas & take you directly to the beach, making it easy to enjoy the ocean without worrying about parking.

* We have a minimum renter age of 25 and guest 25 or older must be residing during the entire stay
* NO smoking, NO pets and NO parties/events allowed
