This luxury 4bd/3ba, condo has a 26 foot balcony with wonderful views of the ocean with access from the living room and master bedroom. This unit can comfortable accommodate 12 with 1 king, 2 queens, 2 fulls & 2 twins. Unit features a fully equipped kitchen, Keurig coffee maker, vinyl plank flooring throughout, in unit washer & dryer, cable TV and free WIFI.

Located at 1625 South Ocean Blvd, the Crescent Shores Resort was opened in 2004 and is in the Crescent Beach section of North Myrtle Beach. This vacation property is closely located to shopping, dining, theater, and championship golf courses. Staying in the Crescent Shores Resort offers an incredible ocean front vacation experience that will create lasting memories for your family vacation.

This luxury unit has sliding glass doors from the living room and master bedroom to the oceanfront balcony with breath-taking views of the Atlantic Ocean. The room was as pictured and was very clean. We had 8 staying in the room with a couple extra beds. The kitchen and baths were very nice as well. The only issue was there were no water stops in the tubs other than the jacuzzi tub which made it difficult to give the toddlers baths. Other than that, i would recommend this room highly.

Great stay!!

We loved the condo. All 4 bedrooms were good size and accommodated our family with more room than we even needed! It was very clean and provided everything to make our stay very relaxing and enjoyable. Great location and amazing beach views. We will definitely be back!

2023 Beach Vacation

Loved the property and location. Check-in was relatively easy, just lots of families unloading at the same time but plenty of hotel trucks available. The condo is well appointed, spacious, lots of fridge space, and comfortable.The only small issue was the sliding glass door to the patio/deck has a screw that needs replaced and tightened. Very enjoyable stay and would recommend to others interested in staying here. Thank you!

Great property and fun week.

Had a great week at this property, which was exactly as the pictures appeared. Pros: Since it was on 1st floor no need to wait for elevator Great ocean view and balcony Easy move in with carts provided 4 bedrooms and 3 bath so plenty of room Extremely well stocked kitchen Beach was very clean with very few rocks or shells Cons- very few place was above expectations Twin beds in one room weren’t very comfortable Oven took a while to heat up and didn’t hold temp great. Overall this place was fantastic and I would stay there again.

Great Condo....Building Ok

Condo was very clean and convenient, but the parking and loading/unloading situation was not. Parking across the street in the parking building was an unexpected disappointment. Member of our party had a larger truck that wouldn't fit in the building. Description of condo should include a disclosure of the parking requirements.

Beware of construction/maintenance

My family and I enjoyed the North Myrtle Beach area and felt that the interior of the condo was clean and in excellent condition. However, we were very concerned because we were never informed that we were unable to even walk on our balcony during our stay due to property maintenance and painting; and we were expected to store all the balcony furniture inside the unit! Employees attempted to enter our unit (without our consent) to enter the rental to remove the balcony furniture - it was such a mess that we had to get the police involved (yes, really). Our beach view was obstructed by the contractors working on our balcony during our entire stay. Nor were we informed of the loud elevator in front of our condo entrance. The lazy river and hot tub were shut down for repair/maintenance. They were powerwashing and jackhammering in the parking garage directly below our condo. The manager at North Beach Realty did eventually agree to partially compensate me for the multitude of inconveniences. My suggestions to potential renters are to 1) specifically inquire prior to booking/arrival about maintenance/construction that is scheduled to take place during your stay (because you will not be notified beforehand) and 2) to have all communications documented in writing (because the property manager will not let you get a word in if you have concerns and need to speak with her on the phone).

Nice, but not as listed

Nice condo!! So convenient being on the first floor, right by the stairs— just minutes from the beach. However, the listing/pictures were deceiving due to construction at this specific tower. I understand that owners cannot control construction or the things going on in the actual building, but a heads up would have been appreciated. We booked this condo because it was the first floor and overlooked the lazy river and kiddie pool. We thought this would be the ideal location since we’d have 7 littles with us. However, upon arrival, we were greeted with the pools boarded up being re-done and the smell of mildewy, lingering water. We had no idea we wouldn’t be able to use these pools or access the beach from our tower. I wish the rental company would have mentioned this at the time of booking because we would have looked elsewhere. We were also very disappointed in the realty group that this condo was rented through. The lady at the front desk was rude and not friendly at all. We received a call 2 days before our arrival saying that we wouldn’t have patio furniture the first day due to “the curing of the concrete” but they would deliver it the following day whenever it worked best for us. I returned their call to let them know we didn’t mind when it was delivered; and it could be whenever it was convenient for them. The front desks response was “Uhm, we just opened for the day. We’ll get to it when we can.” Just didn’t make us feel appreciated or respected. Loved the condo. Layout, amenities, location— all great. Would not recommend booking through North Beach Realty though.

Nice and Pleasant

Condo itself was in immaculate condition. Pictures are very representative of the unit. I will say, if security is a priority, the building itself Cresent Shores N. tower leaves much to be desired.For example, didn't see many or any security cameras in hallways, common areas and at elevator lobby.Outside doors to stairs were always unlocked. Only negative I have in relation to the unit itself would be, if booking in the winter and you are cold natured be sure to request that the thermostat be unlocked.(max temp 70)Many of my older family members complained about being cold.It would have been helpful if heat was set to higher than 55 apon arrival it took a long time, several hours for the unit to reach an acceptable temp and even at 70 it was still chilly... Overall this is a very nice unit and I would stay again.

Amazing

Absolutely beautiful, perfect place to stay. The condo was immaculate. The outside storage was full of boogie boards, lawn chairs, sand buckets, toys, etc. i would definitely stay here every year . Check-in and Check out was very easy and there's a code on the door for getting in unit no key is required which is definitely a plus! The owner got back with me immediately when I emailed them a question. You need to stay here 😊

The place and location is great. Only had one elevator working at the condo.

I liked the place; however, I have never stayed at a Vrbo that didn’t supply you with enough towels, or supply toilet paper, trash bags, or dish soap. Plus our code did not work on the keypad and we had to use keys which was an inconvenience.
