Our 3/3 oceanfront condo sleeps 8 people. This spacious oceanfront unit has 1 king in the master bedroom (new mattress and box springs in early 2023), 1 queen in the 2nd bedroom, 1 queen in the 3rd bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room.

Located at 1903 South Ocean Blvd in the Crescent Beach Section of North Myrtle Beach, this 11th floor condo offers a resort atmosphere for year-round enjoyment.

Our 3 bedrooms 3 baths unit has 1 king bed, 2 queens and a sofa sleeper. There is a flat screen TV in the living room and all bedrooms. This unit features a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer in the unit, Wi-Fi and a beautiful view from the oceanfront balcony.

From fine dining, live theatre shows, unlimited shopping, to dozens of championship golf courses, Crescent Beach offers everything you want without compromising the privacy you deserve. Crescent Keyes has all of the amenities you need, and it's right on the beach so you can enjoy the warm Atlantic waters at your own leisure.

Probably the nicest VRBO we have stayed in in Myrtle Beach. Everything was clean, beautiful, easy... Tjis was in the quieter oart of MB, which we love, yet everything is convenient to get to. The outdoor pools were closed but indoor and hot tub was open. Plus the beach is always open! We saw dolphin swimming right from the balcony!!! And I could wake up to a view of the oxean and beach right from the master bedroom. Just lovely and we will definitely go back.

The view of the ocean from the 11th floor was stunning. My husband, our kids - 19 and 24 - and myself thought the condo was beautiful. Having a full kitchen was perfect for me to prepare meals. The kids each had their own bedroom and bathroom. The location was great. Communicating with the host was easy. We enjoyed this property so much and highly recommend it.

The condo was nice. Nice view of the ocean. A nice size and location. However a few things were disappointing. The pool was closed, when we called about it they said it doesn’t open until April but the listing did not say it was seasonal. The unit had a keyed entry with only 2 keys. This meant we had to stop at the rental office on arrival to pick up keys and on departure. There were 4 adults so a keypad would be much better. The rental office gave us the wrong code to get into the complex and didn’t know the code to get into the exercise facility that was advertised. The condo itself was nice but the rental company didn’t know the property very well.

We would definitely recommend this condo and will most likely be repeat guests. The unit was very bright, clean, and spacious. A perfect corner unit on a nice quiet floor. We are people that like to eat in so a few more kitchen accessories would be helpful but the basics are all there. The balcony furniture is comfortable, living room furniture clean and comfy and the big coffee table made a great place for a puzzle and card games. The master bed was not so comfortable but given everything else being so nice we easily overlooked that during our stay. They only other thing i had a problem with, had nothing to do with this particular unit but the building itself, was the chlorine levels in the lazy river and pool. I actually had to cut 2 inches off of my youngest daughter's hair it completely ruined the ends.

The place is huge. 3 BR, 3 Baths, 4 showers. Large kitchen area and everything worked fine. Ocean front corner on the 11th floor equal more ocean view. I would definitely rent this unit again.

Was not clean. Outdated and in immediate need of some TLC. Has a terrible smell at night if you run the fans it helps. Furniture has seen better days. It’s not been well cared for. Floors in hallways always slippery. We won’t be back to this one

Building and condo both exceptionally clean. Wonderful view from oceanfront balcony which was very roomy. only complaint is that the owner may want to look into a new couch and loveseat. Both were starting to be saggy. We stayed 5 weeks and would not hesitate to stay again

Great view from our balcony, bedroom and living room. The master bathroom needs some attention. The toliet paper holder kept falling off of wall. There was a bad ceiling leak also. The mattress was not too comfortable in master.

Great Condo, Except For the Roaches

We got to the condo, and were really pleased at first. Everything was very clean, and we loved the room. The mattresses were horrible, and seemed smaller than queen and king size. We were hurting from sleeping on the mattresses. Then it happened. We saw our first cockroach. It was downhill from there. There were cockroaches everywhere, even in our grandaughters bed. They sprayed twice, but, we killed dozens and dozens of cockroaches. We were, and are terrified that we carried some home with us, even though we took every precaution. We did receive some compensation, but not enough, since we worried ourselves sick about them getting on our grandkids, and in our luggage. That, and if we didn't get them all, we might have to pay a professional to exterminate our home. We called it the roach motel. There was even a live roach, stuck in the time display on the oven clock. We showed them pictures, and the guy that came and sprayed was very apologetic. I don't feel like we were compensated enough for the experience. It's sad, because this is a very nice, clean condo. If you don't want roaches, stay away.
