Detta bekväma lägenhet med 2 sovrum, 2 badrum direkt vid havet ligger i Windy Hill-delen av North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Vår lägenhet ligger på tredje våningen i en tre våningar och det finns ingen hiss. Helt uppdaterad, målad och möblerad i en ljus, ljus, tropisk inredning med alla bekvämligheter i hemmet. Gratis trådlöst internet ingår också.

Det fullt utrustade lyxiga köket har lönnskåp med mjuka reflekterande ljusmonterade lampor och nya takbelysning över baren. Granitbänkskivor med bakplatta med brickor gör det möjligt att samla måltider och snacks i baren i full storlek för sex roliga. Köket, vardagsrummet och badrummen har kakelgolv. Det finns mattor i båda sovrummen och i korridoren.

I vardagsrummet finns en LazyBoy drottningssäng / soffa och kärleksstol med en liten svängbar vippstol som erbjuder en mysig konversation / TV-område samt fantastisk utsikt över havet. Det finns ett matta över kakel i vardagsrummet för att göra lektiden mer bekväm. Det finns en 40-tums platt-TV, en DVD-spelare och ett litet träbord och schackspelbord för din njutning. De skjutbara glasdörrarna leder till balkongen vid havet där du kan koppla av och njuta av panoramiska sevärdheter och ljud från stranden.

Sov i lyx och komfort på kudde-madrassen på den king size-sängen Tommy Bahama i sovrummet med privat badrum. Det finns en platt-TV och DVD-spelare samt glidande glasdörrar till havet. Det andra sovrummet är möblerat med en dubbelsäng, speglad garderob och en väggmonterad platt-TV med DVD-spelare. Det andra badrummet ligger i korridoren mellan de två sovrummen. Det finns ytterligare två sovplatser med soffan i storleken i vardagsrummet som drar ut för att göra en dubbelsäng eller så kan du välja att använda sofforna som två enkelsängar.

Det finns en tvättstuga i lägenheten med en varmvattenberedare och högeffektiv frontstorlek tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Detta välskötta komplex erbjuder parkering på plats och en pool vid havet med solstolar runt poolen och picknickbord i ett täckt område.

Läget erbjuder oändliga möjligheter till golf, shopping, restauranger och underhållning. Tre minuter bort ligger Barefoot Landing med det världsberömda House of Blues, Alabama Theatre, Alligator Adventure, Marina, live Tiger Preservation Station och en värld av butiker vid vattnet och restauranger. Det finns något för alla! Många butiker, köpcentra och vattenparker ligger i närheten.

The property is nice, and the view was incredible! I've been coming to NMB for many, many years--and this location is my favorite. This is not a new building, so it's more like classic Myrtle Beach lodging, and there are a few things like the front door that could benefit from a refresh. Overall, this was a very fun comfortable stay and perfect for our party size. Also, we loved having two bathrooms! Thank you for having us. :-)

Perfect location inches from the beach . This side of the beach is not ever crowded so that was very nice . Pool is well maintained . Host was more than gracious any questions we had were answered immediately. The condo was very clean and well stocked in the kitchen . We would definitely rent again .

Great Stay

The place was great, amazing kitchen, roomy bedrooms, clean and modern bathrooms, beachfront balcony, tv’s with cable, washer and dryer in unit. Felt like home. Great neighborhood and location to awesome shopping and restaurants. Barefoot Landing only a 5 minute drive. The best part was the price!

Summer Beach vacation 2024

We had a wonderful stay. Everything was as expected. Condo had everything we needed. Beautiful view. Pool and beach were wonderful. Host was gracious and quick to respond. We would definitely stay again.

Empty Nesters

First trip in a long time to Myrtle for us. We thought our vacation was going to be cancelled because of issues with the complex, there was No Where else to stay in North Myrtle, but it worked out. We were in a multi-vehicle car accident on the interstate, but luckily we were able to drive on! The 3rd floor equals 4 flights of stairs. Carrying a suitcase up 4 flights is pretty rough. The complex is older and needs a good cleaning. There is 1 small piece of wood "step" going up the steps that I always tripped on, so be careful! It served no purpose. When we opened the door, there was an odor. It was a mix between musky and cleaner. The view to the ocean was stunning! Lots of closet space to hang clothes in Master and a tall chest of drawers for drawer storage. Master bathroom is quite small with little to no vanity space but there is a 2nd bathroom luckily. The master bedroom bed was not comfortable to us at all. The updated kitchen was nice and stocked well.The condo needs a good deep cleaning, the walls, ceiling fans, lamp shadea, and vents had a layer of dust. The balcony was nice, ocean front is always the best! There are a few broken and rotten wood spindlesThe location is Fabulous! The beach was not crowded in this area. We had an umbrella and chairs set up for 5 days and used the umbrella and chairs in the unit on the last day. The water hose back into the pool area from the beach was broken 1 day but there are 2 other areas for that before walking up to the complex.

Amazing view-especially the sunrise!

I've stayed in many ocean front properties but this one was special. First time staying on the Atlantic side and having a sunrise instead of a sunset. Around 7am, got out of bed and drew the curtains in the master bedroom and there it was...perfect view, right from the bed! Staying in N. Myrtle Beach was perfect for us. Barefoot Landing is nearby and far enough away from all the craziness of the heart of Myrtle Beach. This condo is well equipped with everything we needed, the high top chairs on the balcony are very comfortable and allow for unobstructed views of the gorgeous beach. There are beach chairs available for use if needed but you can also call a company who will set up chairs and an umbrella each morning. This is a place I will definitely come back to!

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at the same property/room. The condo was as pictured and because we stayed here last year, we already knew what to expect. Love the Seafarer and would happily rent from Abigail again, we probably will next year haha

Perfect accommodations!

The condo was as described in the property details. Check in process was easy. When we go on vacation, we do a combination of cooking in and eating out. This was the BEST equipped kitchen we've ever had in a vacation rental. The living area and bedrooms were roomy and comfortable. Everything was very clean. Location was perfect.

Vacation

I only stay at this building (Sea Farer). It’s a great property. Ocean Front, great walking neighborhood and everything I want in the accommodations. Besides Biker Week - it was pretty quiet. Beautiful view.

Wonderful place at the beach!

We were very satisfied with our stay at this condo. The condo was well stocked with the essentials needed for a relaxing getaway oceanfront! We loved the proximity to Barefoot Landing and restaurants. We would definitely stay again!

Awesome rental

This rental was a great choice for our family. We all had plenty of room to spread out. There was a chess/ checker board table with other games inside to keep our 2 teens occupied. They really enjoyed that. Abigail, the owner, was a real pleasure to deal with. She accepted our request very quickly and she made the check in/check out process very easy! That was very much appreciated. The view and sounds from the balcony were just beautiful. Just what we needed for a stress free week!! Thank you again for the wonderful stay!

Beach front property

My husband and I decided to use VRBO for the first time. My daughter was supposed to join us but couldn’t so we kept the two bedroom, two bathroom condo anyway. The condo was great. We were beach front as promised and enjoyed our stay. The unit was very clean and obviously well taken care of. We plan on revisiting.

Right on the beach.

The property was just as pictured. We were right on the beach. Plenty of restaurants nearby, easy access to the main highway. Check in process was super easy. The room was clean. Wifi was provided, but it was DSL - Hey your at the beach what do you expect, it was nice to disconnect a little bit in this digital world :) We would 100% stay again. Great Family Vacation

This condo was just perfect for our vacation. The location is great, close to local amenities and just a short drive to the attractions of Myrtle Beach. We loved waking up every day to the sight of the ocean. We also had an easy time finding a place to relax on the beach since the condo and surrounding buildings are not too big - down the beach toward the bigger properties was much more crowded. The only downside to this condo was the walk up 3 flights of stairs, which wouldn’t have been a problem for me if I wasn’t 5 months pregnant. It was a great way for us all to walk off food from some of the buffets we visited, though!

Very close to the beach

Abigail was very responsive when I had questions. The place was clean. Usually my husband and I go on vacations and we have to buy toiletries, paper towels etc. Everything was there that you needed. The kitchen was perfect! Very beautiful! I loved the idea that I could open the bedroom window and here the waves.I’ve had a stroke and a triple bypass, the stairs didn’t bother me at all.Watched the sun rise every morning was amazing. The first night we got there we saw a lot of people with flashlights walking up and down the beach, we didn’t know why we asked. They were ghost crab watching! I felt safe and there wasn’t any wild partying. All family friendly. Thank you Abigail!

Great Family Vacation

Great spot right on the beach. With two small children (2 and 4), it was really nice to be able to walk down to either the pool or the beach without having to pack up a car! Condo had everything we needed with great ocean views. Would definitely recommend.
