LIVING AREA

The open and bright living area provides plush seating for the entire group, a 60-inch smart TV, and a desk area to check email.

KITCHEN & DINING

The well-equipped kitchen is appointed with a full suite of stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and ample cookware.

When it’s time to eat, gather at the four-person table.

BED & BATH

This two-story townhome sleeps up to six guests in three bedrooms, each of which has a smart TV.

Find comfort in the tranquil main bedroom, which offers a king-size bed, deck access, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

The second bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, while the third bedroom has two twin-size beds. A guest bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.

A half bath provides added convenience.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
