Beautiful unit ..horrible service

We loved the furnishings the kitchen was more than adequate for our needs,the view was beautiful,as well as the location close to everything.plenty of parking and the pool was huge!

First the good news the unit was beautiful and well decorated the kitchen was very nice and had almost everything that was needed for a simple meal.The bathroom was very nice and the water pressure was awesome.The pool and hot tub were a little walk but very nice.Now keep in mind that the unit it managed by Vacasa they will no respond to your pleas for help they will send messages that their “ team” will be there to assist you..out issue was a soaking wet mattress pad in the master bed,linens on the bedside table.The carpet was also soaking wet,the smoke alarm was beeping constantly and there was no way to disable it .There was no way to operate the ceiling fan in the two bedrooms because the remotes were void of batteries.There were no instructions how to operate them otherwise and the unit smells like cigarette smoke.The floors although they look good were dirty and the carpets were also filthy out socks were black after walking around on them I mopped the floor and the water was brown.Vacasa was called no less than 6 times and emailed the same ..they always had the same story about the non existent team.i waster two days waiting for solutions.Id be very leery of renting anything that is managed by Vacasa .Waterfront Villas at Barefoot Landing is a big place I would stay here again but I would do my homework before booking.
