Enjoy Full Access to Windemere’s Premier Amenities

During your stay, you'll have access to all of Windemere’s amenities—with the exception of the fitness center and the gas grills/fire pit table on the sundeck.

Checking in is seamless thanks to our secure digital keypad—no keys, no hassle. We’ve also made parking easy with passes for two vehicles, including covered parking available on levels 1 and 2 of the on-site garage.

From arrival to departure, everything has been designed for your comfort and convenience.

The Neighborhood:
Nestled in the heart of North Myrtle Beach’s Ocean Drive district, Windemere Beachfront Oasis offers the perfect blend of relaxation and excitement. Just a short stroll from the lively Main Street, you’ll find a variety of local restaurants, boutique shopping, and vibrant nightlife waiting to be explored.

Golf enthusiasts will be thrilled with access to some of the area's top-rated courses, while families will discover an abundance of fun-filled attractions and activities just minutes away.

Whether you're seeking a peaceful beach retreat or an adventure-filled getaway, this location delivers the best of North Myrtle Beach—right at your doorstep.

Getting Around:
2 parking passes per rental and should be displayed at all times.

Transport and Accessibility
The area is well-connected with local transportation options, including Uber and Lyft, making it convenient for guests to explore wider areas or travel to and from the airport. The neighborhood’s layout is also pedestrian-friendly, encouraging walking and biking along scenic routes.

Other Things to Note:
✓ Rental agreement and ID upload required upon booking confirmation. Reservation may be canceled if these are not submitted.
✓ Please follow all HOA rules/postings during your stay. (HOA rules are posted on the lobby level near the elevator)
✓ The HOA does not allow pets or emotional support animals.
✓ The HOA does not allow golf carts, RVs, motorcycles, or trailers.
✓ The HOA prohibits hanging items over the balcony railing or storing items (beach equipment, etc) in the hallway.
✓ Parking Garage has a clearance of 6 ft 9 inches.
✓ Oversized vehicles or those equipped with roof-mounted luggage racks may exceed this height and may not be able to enter.
✓ To minimize wear and tear on the walls and doors, please do not bring grocery or luggage carts in the condo.
✓ Guests must be 25+ to book.
✓ Quiet hours from 10 PM - 8 AM.
✓ A Ring doorbell camera is installed at the entry door of the condo.
✓ No smoking or vaping (up to $500 fee applies for violations).
✓ No illegal substances.
✓ No parties or events allowed.
✓ 2025 HOA Pest Control Dates: HOA pest control company will treat all units Quarterly on the second Wednesday of the month. Remaining 2025 Dates: October 8.
✓ HVAC Disclaimer: The Honeywell thermostat temperature control is locked with a range of 68 (low temp for AC) - 78 (high temp for heat).
✓ Please leave the parking passes at departure.
✓ Firearms are not allowed. Any firearms left behind at a property will be turned over to local police without notice to guest.
✓ We strongly suggest guest(s) obtain travel insurance.

Pool / Hot Tub Disclaimer:
✓ You are swimming at your own risk. We are not liable for any accidents or injuries.
✓ Children always need to be supervised.
✓ No glass is permitted around the pool or on the downstairs patio. We have provided plastic cups for your convenience to use around the pool area!
✓ There is an outdoor shower provided for your convenience! Please rinse off any sand prior to entering the pool.
✓ Use of the pool and hot tub is subject to maintenance and HOA regulations. The host cannot guarantee availability during your stay but will make every effort to provide advance notice of any closures. Please note that no refunds will be issued if the pool or hot tub is unavailable due to HOA restrictions or maintenance.

✓ The charcoal grills are property of the Homeowners Association (HOA). Hosts are not responsible for the condition or maintenance of these grills. Use is at your own risk, and users assume full responsibility for any injury or damage that may occur.
