“We chose this property because it had 7 stars on Expedia. When we arrived, the front desk associate was kind. There is no elevator. The room smelled like cigarette smoke. The AC vent was broken. There was a hole in the wall from the doorknob. The bathroom ceiling was peeling over the bathtub. There were stains on the sheets. The chair in the room was completely covered in stains. There was no smoke alarm in the room. Overall, it was very uncomfortable.”

“We were there during a terrible thunderstorm and tornado warnings. I was amazed at how orderly the staff was able to coral everyone getting them to the basement through the stairwells. It sucked! But it had to be done and your staff got it done with a smile.”

“Noone came into the room for upkeep or fresh towels. Also it was clean but older and small.”

“Just absolutely bad on all fronts. DID accept pets so that’s good.”

“Property overall was nice and clean and well maintained. The only issue we had was with the beds. Most uncomfortable beds ever! Woke up with back aches. Also, no curtains on the room windows. Only transparent shade. No way to get the room dark, day or night. There were bad lightning storms at night and the room lit up like a strobe light all night long! No way to block it out. Could not darken room during the day for naps either. I feel bad for work crews who work night shifts and need to sleep...

“We didnt even stay there because of smell and there was electric outlet without a cover on. Exposed wires and 2 year old doesn't match.”

“The view of the river is worth a room with a view! If you want to enjoy the view even more, choose a patio river view room. The pool area is closed unless it is summer. I truly wish the hot tub could be open in the spring and fall. The restaurant is a must, excellent food and great staff.”

“Location was great, had free parking and a great breakfast. Room was nice with great water pressure and instant hot water the second you turned it on. Would definitely stay here again.”

“We booked 3 rooms for 2 adults and 2 children in each room. We were assigned rooms with one king bed and a pull out. We were not given sheets or pillows for the pull out so the entire stay was uncomfortable. It happy at the rate we paid. ”

“This hotel was really nice and friendly staff. However my rating goes down since I was told to ask the personell when breakfast close on New years day and the told me wrong so we a family of 5 with 3 kids had to go by bar to a local cafe for breakfast. Really a bad experience.”

“Greeted at front desk as I walked in for check in. Staff are friendly and helpful and the lobby is a great spot for getting together with a small group in the evening to catch up. Breakfast options provided were typically for continental breakfast. Overall a great location and would stay here again.”
