“I loved the property. We have stayed many times. We are also members. This time we had rude employee named Stephanie and she had a bad attitude and made us wait 20 minutes in the lobby, until I called the hotel and told her we were in the front. She charged us $46 with text for two because she said it was early check in. It was 15 minutes before 3pm. “The room was clean when we arrived and the view of the ocean was great. Downside is that we had to ask for clean linens and towels because they did not show up to clean our room at all. The breakfast was same food every morning and the best part was just a normal waffle. For the price you get what you pay for I guess.”

“First know this property is across from the beach, depending on your room you might see the ocean. There is only one elevator for staff and visitors very inconvenient. The exercise room very small with too much stuff in it. Parking is $20 per day. I felt the rooms was tidy but definitely not clean.”

“Very friendly host with excellent communication & even a recommendation for a delicious restaurant right next door. Plenty of space to spread out and a perfect little yard for our pup. There was a unit next to us playing LOUD music at 7:30 Sunday morning and the living room tv was not connecting to the wifi Saturday evening, but otherwise it was a great, affordable option for our family while visiting our college son.”

“The place was filthy and under construction. The room had trash in it and the beds were very damp. Someone pee in the shower before we got there and it was never cleaned and stunk. The tv remote was not programmed with our tv so we couldn’t watch it. All around horrible experience.”
