“Really good ”

“We had an amazing stay! Everything was clean at all times. The breakfast was delicious, especially the biscuits. And the popcorn and the afternoon kick back is a great concept! Every single staff member we interacted with was extremely kind and helpful, from front desk, to kitchen staff and cleaning staff. The positive energy of Deanna and Unique will stay in my heart for a long time! I can highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here if I come back to STL. ”

“Parking was easy, nearby, and included. Hotel was lovely and very quiet. I loved the river view room. Walking to casino or Laclede’s Landing and Arch was perfect. Nice staff. Cleaners missed a couple things (I found someone’s Invisalign on the floor…ew.) Casino had a funky smell in one part and smelled heavily of cigarette smoke near the restaurants.”

“Good hotel for the price, rooms were clean. They served a pretty good breakfast. Few things could use some updating. But again for the price i have no complaints. Staff was very courteous and helpful. ”

“Missed our room for housekeeping which is minor, toilet seat was broken but they fixed it promptly, overall decor is dated, no recycling, otherwise fine.”

“The color thing is interesting, but I would have appreciated more attention to some basics. For example, when I went to turn the TV off, it turned out there were no batteries in the remote control. There were no instructions on the phone that explained how to reach the front desk. There were no USB outlets to I had to find a store that sold AC adapters so I could charge my devices. Also a 4 PM check-in seems really late and I'm convinced that made me wait 20 minutes for no reason. Beyond that,...

“I liked the property, the parking, the bar. Two glasses were left for two days on a table by the elevator. Andres at the desk needs to learn a little customer service. A fun hotel with all the moons.”

“The lobby is nice, but the rooms are outdated. The bathtub was dirty. The dresser in the room handle was broken. It looked like a cheap motel room. The pool had a ring of dirt around it. It doesn’t meet Hilton standard in my opinion. I was just at another Hilton Garden last week and it was pristine.”
