“Room and facilities were always clean. The Staff was very helpful and always polite, etc. The food at the restaurants adjoining the hotel-Ruth Chris and Moda Fare were pricy but the service and food was excellent. I have exactly zero bad things to say about my stay at this hotel. ”

“You can enjoy your stay in peace, staff was great, the view from the top floor and the pool floor were great, coffee and breakfast were great (especially the granola parfait), and it’s close by the rivercenter. Only a 10 minute walk to a plethora of shops and food options. What more could you ask for. ”

“The hotel was perfectly located. Easy walking distance to the Alamo and located right on the Riverwalk.”

“A great property! We enjoyed all of the amenities and all of the staff were top notch! However we did not get a good nights sleep neither of the 2 nights stay. The bed slept very hot, like sleeping on plastic and the pillows were awful, regret not taking our own. Hate leaving a negative review, but for a resort I expected a more posh bed and restful nights sleep.”
