“The free breakfast was for only 1 of our party of 3 so that sucked. Parking is an additional $45 so keep that in mind when budgeting. Also, for the cost of the room ($$$$) they still wanted an additional $25 for an hour extension/late checkout. The room was clean, the location suited our need to be very close to the convention centre. Just do not wander far on foot as the location is not very far from the "bad" area in Edmonton ”

“House was very clean, hosts were very quick to respond. Only note is that it was very uncomfortable having the host watching us in the hottub on the camera. Rules were simple to follow though. Great location by the river, wish we had more time to explore the conservatory nearby.”

“There was a large kids park directly across the street that was usable when the school kids were not in. There was also a smaller park behind for when the other park was occupied. The dishwasher worked. The bed was definitely a king. And it was cleaned pretty well overall. Except the bed bugs. ”

“Good enough for us as we barely staying in just needed the room to sleep and the host was kind enough to upgrade the room to the one that has washroom in it due to us bringing our 3 months old.”

“Family and pet friendly, the only problems were a low ceiling and the upstairs was a bit noisy. ”

“Basement suite was very clean and comfortable. Hosts were great and responded right away to our questions. Will definitely stay here again in the future.”
