“The location was perfect! Easy walk to so many places and had a lovely romantic euro feel to the area. Receptionists were kind, helpful and the process checking in and out was smooth. The lockers were a great touch with a late flight out. LOVE having the kitchenette AND a washer/dryer unit. Felt like a cute little studio APT. Would book again!”

“Reception staff unaware of basic hotel information. I.e. they say they don't have laundry service, when they do. I had to make the cleaning staff come and tell her that there is. First then she would take the laundry. The cleaning staff are good. The breakfast i very poor, the breakfast area is small and crowded, and they don’t let you bring it up to the room and enjoy it in peace and quiet. Free parking is a plus, but bring rubber boots if it rains to be able to enter your car as there is lack...

“No, actually we had to pay for breakfast, because we didn't have any vouchers, the front desk and the server didn't even try to see, if we would get a free breakfast, they said that it was Expedia's fault, plus I was charged $50.00 for security parking, it should have been free”
