“Reception staff unaware of basic hotel information. I.e. they say they don't have laundry service, when they do. I had to make the cleaning staff come and tell her that there is. First then she would take the laundry. The cleaning staff are good. The breakfast i very poor, the breakfast area is small and crowded, and they don’t let you bring it up to the room and enjoy it in peace and quiet. Free parking is a plus, but bring rubber boots if it rains to be able to enter your car as there is lack...

“I like my stay at the hotel. Parking is free, not so busy. Easy to commute to downtown and other cities. The breakfast includes many options. My favorite are coffee and boiled eggs. My room type was king suite which is very large. The bathroom has a big bath tub and a shower. ”

“Réceptionniste en pleur à notre arrivée qui ne trouvait pas la 2ème chambre de ma réservation. J'ai dû finalement prendre une chambre hors réservation mais 3 chambres m'ont été prélevé et je n'ai toujours pas de confirmation que je vais être remboursée. Chambre trop chauffée par le soleil à notre arrivée et climatisation très bruyante pour la refroidir. Déjeuner sans aucun ajustement possible pour une intolérance au gluten. Séjour médiocre.”
