“The location and the staff are great, but this hotel needs a refresh. My room smelled terrible and the window air conditioner was loud and unpleasant. The room was also carpeted and it made the whole room feel unclean. Grateful for the coffee vouchers at check in, the coffee is very good- but I did wish they offered bottled water at the desk or in the room. My last concern is security. “This hotel was near the stadium but not as close as you might think. Our room was big with extra seating area, but building is older and elevator is tiny. Building has character and charm, but not real parking or other amenities. We enjoyed our stay and staff was great, neighborhood has lots of restaurants and shops, but would probably stay at a bigger chain next time”
