“Troy Hill is an interesting older area with great views of Pittsburgh. It was quiet and it felt safe and friendly. Our very minor concerns were with a neighbor smoking cigarettes occasionally, the kitchen floor which has some damage to the laminate that's a little sharp, and having to learn the hard way that wearing socks on old carpeted stairs can lead to tumbling down them.
