Trädgårdarna i Kai är en liten grupp privatägda ensam stand hus ligger i ett lugnt, orörda område i Cayman Kai - en mycket privat, exklusiv del av vackra Grand Cayman. Husen ligger direkt på den vita sandstranden, med vackra utsikt över solnedgången och en sötvatten pool, allt i tropiska trädgårdar.
En mycket kort promenad från trädgårdarna i Kai hittar du Kaibo - en rustik Caribbean Beach Bar / Restaurang omgiven av kokospalmer. Här får du uppleva en del av den verkliga Cayman. Med sitt tjänstefolk halmtak bar och övervåningen vita duken formella middagar, Kaibo definierar både barfota eskapism och romantiska middagar. Karibien drinkar eller kall lokal öl tillsammans med lokal fisk, sallader, wraps och förrätter från grillen samtidigt med utsikt över havet gör din middagsupplevelse oförglömlig.
För ytterligare havet äventyr och matställen, en kort biltur eller lätt 5 minuters cykeltur bort längs sand vägen är Rum Point, med sin Red Sail water utlopp, exklusiva restaurang och berömda vraket bar. Trädgårdarna i Kai # 5 erbjuder enda familj integritet där du till fullo kan njuta av din paradis semester. Huset har ett vardagsrum och matsal öppen till en avskärmad terrass utformad för friluftsliv, casual dining och gå ut till stranden. Det finns ett fullt utrustat kök med en vinkyl, Keurig kaffebryggare och bekväma tropiska möbler. Förutom vardagsrum / matsal och kök, har bottenvåningen ett sovrum med en drottning säng och en enkelsäng och ett badrum. Our Stay at Sandy Bottom was amazing. The home is lovely and pretty much anything you needed was provided. The check-in and check-out procedures were simple and seamless. The pool on property was our like having a private pool as we didn’t see anyone else using it during our stay. Setup is great for families with young kids like ours, you can relax while the kids play on the beach or take them to the pool. Starfish point is a short walk, car ride or kayak trip away and the kids saw over 50 starfish while there. Overall great villa, highly recommend.

We've stayed all over the island and my wife and I both agree that this was our favorite! The location is perfect (So close to great restaurants, activities, etc.), the beach was exceptional and the amenities were just what we needed. (We love cooking and the kitchen was well stocked and the newer appliances worked like a champ)

Perfect spot to stay away from the crowds

The island house was absolutely perfect. Everything from check in to check out was smooth. We enjoyed kayaking, seeing the big starfish right off the beach, the friendly cats and chickens, the stingray excursion, the turtle center, the caves, and much more! The house was perfect for our family and very accommodating. Definitely happy we stayed on this side of the island. Thank you for letting our family enjoy a small piece of your world.

Wow!! So spectacular and amazingly relaxing!

Gardens of the Kai #5 was spectacular!! It was truly picturesque! The house was beautiful: clean, updated, well stocked in the kitchen and bathrooms. The beach out in front of the house was the best along the coast - clear, not much sea grass (which stings if you get into it), and full of starfish. The kayaks were a blast as was the bike. The location was perfect for walking to Kaibo Beach Marina and Restaurant (basically across the street), walking to Starfish Point (about 13 minutes leisurely on the beach), and about 20-25 minutes walking to Rum Point (although it is a hot walk). Bioluminescent Bay is right there too - a must see!! We basically had the beach to ourselves - so quiet and relaxing and peaceful. Would highly recommend!!

Slice of Paradise

We had an amazing stay at "Sandy Bottom" in early April! The villa was really clean, beautifully furnished and situated in a little spot of paradise! The views from the villa are so gorgeous of the beach and ocean. The beach is there as soon as you walk out the door with soft white sand. We pretty much had the beach to ourselves while we were there and it was the perfect quiet, relaxing getaway we needed. The weather was perfect and the ocean and pool water was warm. We really enjoyed the kayaks and saw so many starfish in the area.We traveled to the seven mile area a few times for dinner and our whole family agreed that we were so glad we stayed on the north side where it was so quiet. It was one of our favorite vacations so far and I know we will be back!

Wonderful home and location!

We loved the quiet location and beach right outside. We did not go anywhere else except Starfish point for one day. Loved that there are two restaurants within walking distance and walked the friendly neighborhood every morning. Great amenities were provided and everything was very clean! We definitely plan to come back!!

Awesome Location

Exceptional location. Loved the peace and quiet. As first timers to the island, we would have liked a little more information about transportation. We also found out later that it was possible to order groceries a week before arrival, which would have been nice to know.

An incredible place to stay.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. It was immaculately clean and had everything you need from towels to sunblock and coolers. Its close to star gosh point and bioluminescence bay. This side of the island is our favorite. It’s relaxing and quiet but close to Rum Poont if you want more action. We went to beaches all over the island and decided the private beach right out the back door couldn’t be beaten. Shade, chairs, view of Sri ray city. What else could you want? And the price for this gem was unbeatable. I can’t wait to come back.

Peace, Quiet, and Absolutely Beautiful

This was our second time starying on the island, but first time at Sandy Bottoms. The house was perfect and more than we were expecting. Everything was clean and beautifully decorated. We took the kayaks out daily and they were so nice to have at your fingertips. We could not have asked for a more prefect stay. From check-in to checkout to owner communication, everything was amazing and easy.

Paradise

Sandy Bottom was the perfect spot for our week in Grand Cayman. We wanted to be away from the busy beaches and big resorts so we could really escape & relax. The villa was beautiful, clean and provided everything from towels to kayaks.We will definitely be back!

Amazing Stay

We loved our stay at Sandy Bottoms. The property was gorgeous! Awesome screened in porch and beautiful view from the Master. Fresh flowers were a beautiful touch upon arrival. The house was so clean and just as pictured online. We enjoyed the beach chairs. The water was calm and great for our kids. The closet inside had plenty of sand toys, noodles and a float. They were so kind and brought us 2 travel beach chairs that we used when visiting 7 Mile. There were 2 kayaks that we used daily. There was a 2 person and a single but it worked great to use the single kayak for an adult and youngest child. Property managers were super responsive as well. Bring plenty of sunscreen and bug spray! Loved our stay!!

Great stay!

We really enjoyed this property. The location is great and the beach is perfect for small children. Having a stingray tour that leaves from across the street was super convenient. Food and drinks at Kaibo and Rum Point were excellent. We’ll be back!

This was our first trip to Grand Cayman and we definitely picked the right place for what we were looking for... quiet, beautiful, clean, and inviting. Everything was represented accurately. We were able to spend a couple quiet days away from the crowded areas and explore other parts of the island. Not a terrible commute to Georgetown and West Bay if wanted.

Outstanding house and location

Our family throughly enjoyed our stay here in Cayman. This is a quiet but very luxurious area full of very nice homes right on the beaches. Gardens of the Kai beach was great for wading in and spending time in the water with a cocktail. Further out snorkeling and there were starfish everywhere. You can see in the distance Stingray city. A beautiful location. The property was clean and modern. There were fresh flowers placed on the table in the screened porch as well as inside in the living room. A great touch!! The house was very comfortable and the views were spectacular! We walked (the 100 or so feet) down the street to Kaibo yacht club for food/drinks a couple times. Great spot and launch point for snorkel and stingray city trips. Rum point is another great spot we enjoyed for drinks and a dinner. Overall a great vacation and the house was fantastic. Can’t wait to come back.

Perfect Location

My husband and I stayed here. If you are looking for a quiet and clean space, that is on the beach, then this is it. There are 2 restaurants nearby. All others are quite a drive to get to but we didn’t mind at all. We enjoyed being away from all of the hustle and bustle. We would love to stay here again.

Beautiful Serenity

The condo was exactly as described in the listing, location was super close to Kaibo Restaurant, the ferry to Camama Bay, bio-luminescent bay and starfish point. We had two very minor needs during a stay, and owner response was super prompt. Highlight was watching sunset from the beach in front of the condo, stunning!

Paradise at Rum Point

The house was very well-kept and stocked and the location can’t be beat. We had beautiful and tranquil views of the bay and the kids enjoyed snorkeling. Rum Point is a great place to stay to get away from the crowds and have peaceful relaxing time at the beach.
