Experience the perfect tropical getaway at Tortuga Kai condo located in the exclusive Cayman Kai/Rum Point area of Grand Cayman. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath, ground floor, oceanfront / beachfront / poolside condo is in the Caribbean oasis of Kaibo Yacht Club Condominiums Phase II.

Guests are sure to love the nine foot ceilings, granite counter tops, travertine marble vanities, ceramic tile floors and central AC. Retire on the king size bed in the luxurious Master Bedroom overlooking the gorgeous Caribbean Sea. The queen size bed in the second bedroom and the sofa sleeper will allow this condo to accommodate up to a total of six guests.

You will love spending time relaxing on the screened in patio as you watch the boats docking at Kaibo Yacht Club.

A beautiful view of the ocean can be enjoyed from the screened in patio, lounge and Master Bedroom. A water cooler is available for your use with hot, room temperature and cold water. We have a Netflix account in the living room for you to enjoy while staying and both bedrooms have cable TV. Amenities abound with snorkeling gear, fishing gear, paddle boards, kayaks, adult bikes, kids bikes, a gas grill, washer and dryer and more!

Great stay at Tortuga Kai! The unit was lovely and it was the perfect location for our family! The hosts were very responsive to the few questions I had upon arrival and they really thought of everything for the gear provided (kayaks, beach chaires, bikes, paddleboards, snorkel gear), which really made our stay (and our packing!) much easier. Additionally, the unit itself was outfitted with everything you could possibly need. Would definitely recommend!

We had the most amazing time at our condo in Kaibo Kai. Kadi’s place is everything it says and shows. Well maintained, clean and amazing location for peace and quiet. It is the best stocked home I have ever stayed in! There was nothing I couldn’t find for cooking, laundry, relaxing, sunning…. The list goes on! Kadi helped us when we were delayed two days and we were able to tack two days to the end of our trip which was amazing. She was easy to communicate with and quickly responded. The view is beautiful, the pool and hot tub perfect - right outside the enclosed patio. Would highly recommend anyone who wants a peaceful vacation to stay here!

We had an incredible vacation on Grand Cayman! The condo was very nice, clean and had everything we needed. Our kids loved having the beach toys and pool floats to use, and the pool was wonderful. The guide Damian provided was so incredibly helpful! We loved the ideas for things to do and restaurants to try. We can’t wait to visit Grand Cayman again in the future!

If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would!! The host/management was soooo responsive and helpful. The property was perfect and absolutely fully stocked with supplies and comfortable beds and pillows. So many kitchen tools, lots of pool toys, extra beach towels… everything you could want!!!The beach it is on is one of our favorites on the island and has starfish sporadically bc it’s so close to starfish point. We had a BLAST and STRONGLY recommend this place .Visited over New Years with 2 kiddos/family.

This was a gem of a rental for our family of 4. The house was very clean and kitchen well stocked. They had plastic and glass/ceramic dishes (plastic is important for eating by the pool or if you have younger kids). All of the “extras” were appreciated! The pool was clean and the grounds well maintained. I really appreciated having a keyless entry lock, with all the swimming in the ocean- no worry about losing keys in the ocean! Having a washer and dryer made it easier to pack light. The king sized bed was high in the middle as the memory foam was more compressed at the edges of the bed, making it uncomfortable and our only minor complaint. Having 2 bathrooms was great with 2 teenagers. We enjoyed the Tuesday barefoot BBQ and daily coffee next door at Kaibo. We scheduled several tours that picked us up at the Kaibo pier (Bioluminescence tour, Stingray City with snorkeling, and a morning deep sea fishing). Renting a car also made exploring the entire island easy.Kadi was a very responsive host before and during our week stay. I would recommend this rental to any smaller family with younger or older kids. This location has all you need for a perfect vacation!

Caymen Trip 4/23/25

Truly enjoyed walking out the screened in porch to the pool and awesome view of the small bay. Finding starfish everyday was a new experience. Regular walks to Starfish Point in the morning and in the evening to see awesome sunsets. Short distance to Rum Point area along with swimming with stingrays were other highlights. We will remember this trip for many years to come.

Amazing location and incredibly well equipped

Loved our stay. As others have said, this condo has everything from kitchen tools to water sports equipment.Best of all, you're 10 steps from the pool and maybe 50 to the ocean. We loved the screen porch and sat out there a lot reading and enjoying the view.Property owners are great with communication. We will be back.

Perfect Getaway – A Hidden Gem with Exceptional Amenities!

From the moment we arrived, it was clear that they had thought of every detail! Tucked away in a peaceful part of the island, it’s just far enough from the city but still convenient to restaurants, and attractions. The proximity to the pool and ocean is an absolute highlight. A screened in area is great and as a couple traveling with young ones, having a space like that where we can spend time together and not be right outside the bedrooms is really nice. Right out the back door is the Kaibo dock and we were able to book our stingray city tour from here – so literally 5 minutes before we had to check in we walked over to the dock.You are steps away from a little coffee shop every morning which we loved and then the Kaibo restaurant at night. It really is great to have in your “backyard”. For us a real bonus was the life jackets, and things for the kids. Such a pain to travel with otherwise! The hosts were incredibly responsive. We had asked for a recommendation for a photographer and absolutely loved the recommendation. We had an issue that was 100% out of their control – we were able to get a hold of them within minutes and resolved the problem. I bring this up because they really went above and beyond to help us and it was out of their control. This property exceeded expectations and provided a level of comfort and convenience that made our stay perfect. It’s clear that the hosts take great pride in offering a top-notch experience, and we’ll definitely be back

Wonderful Condo to Spend a Family Vacation

Tortuga Kai is truly a special place. The condo is exactly as described; fully stocked kitchen with all supplies and condiments needed, comfortable beds and right in the beach and steps away from the pool. My husband, kids and I really enjoyed every minute of our stay and hope to go back soon!!

Very nice place in Rum Point

Having stayed in 3 different VRBO's in Grand Cayman, and a dozen others elsewhere in the Caribbean, this was the most well-appointed of all. Everything that you could think of possibly needing, they already had - and most likely multiples of. The property was clean, the beach was very nice, and the pool and hot tub were clean, and working as expected. One suggestion is to replace the master bed; even with the foam mattress topper, you could still feel the divots/sagging and it didn't make for a great sleep. Other than that one thing, the place was great. Walk over to the Kaibo coffee shop in the morning, and grab a lunch or drink there in the afternoon - super easy. Private Charter boats can pick you up right at that dock, which you can see from your back porch/patio.

Wonderful 6 Night Stay

We wanted a different Caribbean experience from staying at all-inclusives and Kadi’s property delivered! Our kids loved the paddleboards, snorkelling gear, kayaks and fishing equipment. The Kaibo condo grounds are well kept and the pool is amazing. Kadi was a gracious host, keeping good contact and even helping out with our son needing a prescription. The location is great as many of the “touristy” experiences are on the east end. Wonderful stay, highly recommended!!

Amazing stay

We had the best time staying at Tortuga Kai. To start off, the place was so clean and had absolutely everything you could ever need plus more. I have never stayed anywhere that had so many fun and useful things to use. There were toys for the beach, beach chairs, kayaks, paddle boards, life jackets, bikes, snorkel equipment, the best pool floats, kitchen utensils and gadgets of every kind, phone chargers, bathroom supplies, beach towels, hair dryer, scale that came in hand to weigh suitcases before leaving. There was so much more but this was to name a few. The view was prettier than the pictures and the location was perfect. It took us like 2 minutes to drive over to Starfish Point where we spent a whole day because my daughter fell in love with the clear shallow water. We ate lunch next door one day at Kaibo which was so convenient to just walk over to. We relaxed in the hammock on the beach and spent every single evening/night at the pool and loved it. The pool was so clean and taken care of every morning. We even had our own 7am rooster alarm come by each morning which we thought was so funny (the rooster deserves a paycheck haha). We rented a car and drove the island to the Blowholes, Cemetary Beach which we loved so much, mailed a postcard from the town Hell, ate at Heritage Kitchen, Tukka, Lloyds Smokehouse, and Kaibo, got groceries at Foster’s, Chisholm’s, and Hurley’s. When I had questions Kadi was so kind and helpful with her responses. This trip was a dream!!

Another Amazing Stay

Tortuga Kai is simply an amazing property!!! We've been coming back since 2018, and wouldn't think of going anywhere else on the island. The condo has everything you could possibly need for a fun and relaxing vacation including a well-equipped, spotless kitchen, comfortable accommodations, and a variety of equipment for outdoor activities including bikes, a kayak and paddleboards. The pool and hot tub are steps from the condo. As an added bonus some of the best snorkeling and Stingray City trips depart from the dock right behind the condo. Tortuga Kai is steps from one of the best restaurants on the island and great little coffee shop too! The newly renovated Rum Point Club is also short drive away. Kadi sets the standard for Premier Host!!! From initial rental through check-out communications were clear and super responsive. We can't wait to come back again next year :)

The most amazing VRBO experience ever

Let me tell you, I’ve been using Vrbo all over for many years and this is hands down the best experience ever! This property has EVERYTHING that you need or want or may have forgotten while travel. Easy to communicate with and accommodating to literally having all the amenities possible. You are away from the hustle and bustle of seven mile, basically on a private beach with a restaurant and bar right next door. I can’t speak highly enough about this vacation or the owners of this property! We are already planning our next visit here and will definitely be staying here again!!
