âThe staff was great considering everything that I went through while there at the facility. I ended up in ER because I passed out and I was sick the whole time I was there. They reimbursed me for my taxi cab ride I was impressed â
âIt's conveniently located. Rooms need attention to floors lifting in the bathrooms and covering ceiling where ac is, i could see a big gap. Also, we found gum on the wall behind the TV that was never removed. â
âWe absolutely love staying here. Everyone is extremely friendly and they go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable. If you need anything they make sure to help you out. The breakfast selection is absolutely delicious. We went to the pool and had fun but it was really cold. We will most definitely be staying here again our next time in San Antonio. Thank you to all the amazing staff for making us feel welcomed. â

âPoor breakfast. Often have to wait for refill. But you dont leave hungry. Plastic cutlery paper plates.
Will probably be fixed when new kitchen is built during 2016.
Pool ok for kids. Not for lap swimming.
Excellent crew. Like a family.
Rooms very clean and spacious.
