Ocean front 3 bedroom 3 full bath in the Villa Capriani Resort. One story condo with an elevator, situated on the top floor with views of both the beach and pools.

All linens provided and included in cleaning fee. Linens folded and placed on beds for bunk beds. We also provide beach towels but those must be laundered by guest if used. Doorbell camera for security.

**Pools are open April 1 - October 31**
**Hot Tubs are open year round**
**Pool and hot tub hours are 9am-11pm**

Pools are open pending inspections. If your reservation is near the dates, please reach out to confirm the pool will be open if you plan to use this amenity. There will be no compensation for a pool/hot tub that is not open.

OTHER DETAILS:
The complex does not allow animals. We use this as a second home and have strong allergies in the family. Please, no animals.

The HOA schedules bug treatment the last Thursday of every month. The maintenance crew will knock before entering.
