Great stay! Epic snow!
We ski Jay a lot but decided to stay on the mountain this past weekend - and our stay just happened to coincide with the epic March snow storm! That aside, the condo was as described - great space, super clean, great communication with the owner. 10/10

Friend and family getaway
We all had a great stay at the Fabski house! Fabian is very communicative which made everything so easy! There were a few things the property needed tending to that he told us about ahead of time. One being that the bake feature of the oven was not working at the moment. It was something that we were going to need during our stay so he had a great sized counter oven brought to the property for us prior to arrival. We greatly appreciated his efforts! The location is great as well! Thank you, Fabian! We hope to be back!

Great in summer, too!
We had a nice summer vacation at Fabian’s place. It’s high enough up the mountain to enjoy steady breezes and views into Canada, but still close enough to walk to everything. Our 4 teenagers loved the downstairs den and bathroom. Now we have to figure out how to get back for skiing.

Location makes this a gem!
This condo was perfect for our group of 8. The four bedrooms was a great layout for each of us to have our own space. The location is a true ski-in ski-out right on Raccoon Run which makes this really fabulous! The 8 ski passes was also fantastic! As soon as you arrive you are ready to head right out on the slopes! The owner Fabian was a breeze to work with. Any questions/problems are quickly addressed/resolved. We would definitely rent this condo again and highly recommend it!

Great location, nice layout, excellent communication
The location is perfectly central, right off an east slope. Our group had expert and beginning skiers. This house was perfect for everyone to enjoy true ski-in, ski-out set up. The layout with two living areas gives lots of space. Our older kids used the sauna daily. The inclusion of the ski passes also made this rental a good value and made the process of getting on the slopes easier than you can imagine. We have a large family so VRBO is our preferred source for vacation housing. Fabian may have been better than anyone else at being available and responsive. We can’t say enough about how easy he made it.

Perfect choice!
This townhouse was the perfect spot for a friends ski weekend. The condo was as advertised: easily accommodated 8 adults and 2 infants, and could not be closer to the slopes. Fabian was very responsive with any questions. Thanks for a great weekend!

This rental was great. It was conveniently located on the side of a trail, which made skiing with children a breeze. We had an amazing time. Fabian was very responsive to our texts/emails and helpful. We will definitely rent this condo again.

Great winter condo -no AC for summer
This is a great condo. Spacious. There were three of us - 14 and a 12 year old and we all had our own bathrooms. Plenty of dishes! Comfortable bed Plenty of seats. No furniture on the deck but I saw three folding chairs in the hall closet when were packing. Sigh. Fabian is helpful and responsive. I failed to notice it did not have AC so it isn’t great for people who like their AC. There was only 1 free standing fan, one ceiling fan and only half of the windows opened. But boy do I want to come back and ski from this. The pool is small and full of restrictions. The hot tub and pool bar are part of the water park hours and it closed at 2 on Sunday and waa closed Monday. There was also no arcade or disk golf. So close by things in the summer are things. There was a concern I might.be charged to swim but I was told it would be reimbursed with receipt. No way would I pay 12 for and adult and 8 for a child. We did rent a pontoon on Monday in Newport and we loved it. Wish we had done an entire day.

We had a great time at Fabians home. He was very responsive to any questions or problems. It was absolutely a ski in ski out home. The little kids could spend all day at raccoon run and they don’t ever check for a lift pass as that chair lift. Easy to get from either side of mountain from raccoon run.

Perfect spot for fun family time
Fabian was super clear with communications and responsive. The location and property itself was a dream. Plenty of room for 8 person family dinners. Such a treat to use sauna after a hard day on the slopes. Bonus to have two living rooms so the kids could watch shows together or play board games while adults enjoyed apres ski upstairs and made dinner.

This is the third time we have stayed in this unit. We stayed with all of our adult children (5) and a couple of their spouses, there is ample room to spread out. Fabian is a fantastic host with an ideal on mountain location. The unit is always clean, the communication is always quick and clear. We will return again, and again, and again. Thank you Fabian!

Wonderful house
The house was spacious and great. The check in was really easy. The corporate passes were a great addition. It was really easy to get on and off the mountain. The sauna was nice and easy to work. The location is incredible. Just a short ride to the tram or the stateside lifts which we ended up preferring during our stay. Most trails are easily led down to the house so from almost anywhere you have a direct path home. Jay Peak we had some issues with during our stay that you can hopefully avoid. The customer service office closed promptly at 4pm. They were in there but would not open up so we had to retrieve our passes the next morning. Look at their hours and get there a little early. If the passes have not been returned, there is plenty to do with the waterpark and Mountain Dick's pizza (good and low cost). With as warm as it was during our stay morning skiing was key and that first morning we lost 45 minutes to an hour going for pass pickup. The Raccoon Run lift that you use to get from the property to the access points for the rest of the mountain opens at 8:30 versus others opening at 8am. You can shuttle to the main area or hike as options. We just went with a slow start. The biggest challenge was that the flyer quad is not open on weekdays. It was Spring skiing, you hope for the best with the weather but take what you can get. The waterpark was a huge hit for the kids and really easy to get to and from, short drive or shuttle.

Everything we hoped it would be!
We spent a long weekend at this ski house - a family reunion. The location cannot be beat. Perfect for the range of ages ( 3-83) and skiing abilities in our group. Non-skiers enjoyed the views and watched the grandchildren go up on the lift and ski down Racoon Run without leaving the comfort of the condo and the fireplace. First-time skiers could practice right outside the the condo. Veteran skiers could get "first-tracks" and "last chair"! The condo was fully stocked and there was a welcome basket on the counter upon our arrival - nice touch! Fabian was very responsive and easy to deal with. We would love to make this an annual family weekend.

Perfection
Everything about this home is perfect. We had 2 families at this property (4 adults and 5 kids, ages 6, 8, 9, 10 & 11). It was more than enough room. The basement area was great for the kids to chill. It was a true ski in/out condo and once the slopes closed the kids had a ton of fun sledding and building jumps. To top off our trip we were able to view the NYE fireworks from our patio.

Great early season trip
We were a group of 7 guys (4 adults and 3 teenagers) on our first trip to Jay Peak. Fabian's townhouse was fantastic: tons of room, perfectly clean, lots of linens, and a fully stocked kitchen. On top of the great accommodations, the location couldn't have been better (<50' to the slopes off the back porch) and the use of Fabian's ski passes was the icing on the cake. We couldn't have asked for better communication and instructions, and even though mother nature did her best to limit our skiing, by having a close and comfortable place to relax helped to make the trip a ton of fun. We are already planning our next trip to Jay, and will be checking to see if Fabian's place is available again. HIGHLY recommended.

Summer fun
We booked this property and were extremely pleased with the location, condo and the amenities. The owner was great to deal with, and the condo had everything you could possibly need during your stay. We were super pleased and would absolutely recommend this place. We had six children with us and they thoroughly enjoyed the location, the condo and the weekend trip. Owner was great and easy to reach. I give the place 5 stars.

Private townhome inside Jay Peak Resort
FabSkiHouse is the place to be for 2 or 3 families with children or 4 or 5 couples that want an alternative to hotel accommodations. The 3 story home is less than 5 mins drive away from the center of the resort. It was wonderful to have two living rooms, a fully equipped kitchen and 3 full bathrooms to go along with the 4 spacious bedrooms. Thanks Fabian for your regular communication and concern for our comfort. Hope to see you again soon!
