“Hotel was really lovely! We just had a room which was on the top floor and asked if we could have another fan or the windows to be open more as it was so hot in there. Girl from the bar wrote it down and said she will speak to the general manager but she only works on the bar so couldn’t tell me an answer which was totally fine. She said she would come and tell us an answer however we never had a knock or heard anything which was really disappointing. Our sleep was awful as we were so hot, and...
