“Location great close to LimeSt Station. Clean and well kept room. Service on the negative account. Strange ”self service” with a guy running between terminals to assist every guest arriving. Missed out cleaning our room one day. Had to ask for new towels and was told that was the only thing they could assist with. Not even an apology from the reception or when getting the towels. ”
