“We stayed with many families for a youth sporting event, over half of our group had to change rooms because their room was never cleaned from the last visitors. Our room was wide open when we checked in, leaving us all feeling a little uneasy. Breakfast was cold, potatoes raw in the middle and organization of it was hard to navigate. ”

“Room was clean and comfortable. All expected amenities were provided and adequate. The continental breakfast was sparse - no fruit, cereal yogurt, etc. - perhaps because this is the low season. Staff were polite and friendly. ”

“Rude staff at front desk for my evening check in. I was not aware that the hours of the 24/7 airport shuttle service were changed and had to make last minute arrangements for a ride to my early morning flight. I did not sleep well due to the unfriendly greeting and scrambling to figure out my ride. The morning front desk staff was friendly and explained the policy change to me politely. I have stayed here before, but this experience is making me consider a different hotel for my next trip.”

“Sound blockage from room to room was good. Not so much from outside to inside the room. Hole on bathroom door. ”

“The room was clean, but smelled of stale smoke. They were smoke free rooms. There were burn marks on the bathroom sink and night stand and the table in the room. No one ever came to the room in a 3 night stay for New towels or toilet paper. The heat worked fine. The microwave was dirty and the shower curtain had mold on it. I wiped everything down with a clorox wipes. My door had no dead bolt on it. It was broken. On the last night my neighbors were arguing all night. I was scared but...

“We had a great stay, quiet, comfortable bed, breakfast has small omlettes but canadian bacon was super thin. But overall jice. We used pool it was heated nicely and had plenty of towels. Only reason I say good stay is our shower drain was clogged and we pulled lots of hair out. And under the silver piece was kindof gross. But overall a good stsy, close to everything by 20 min. ”

“It was okay. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable which is important. The coffee pot wasn't washed and the stoppers in both the sink and tub were broken and laying next to them. Both worked fine you just weren't able to take a bath or fill the sink. For an overnight or 2 it's okay. ”

“Overall, it was ok. The room had a hole in the floor that was covered by the carpet, and the sink wasn’t in the bathroom. The bathroom was small, but usable. The pool was amazing! The concrete around the pool was heaving and definitely needs to be repaired. The decking in there also needs to be repaired as we got slivers from it. There was a lot of traffic, and people outside with all of their belongings, just sitting there. Not a bad location, to the beach or other amenities, but it was ok.”
