We have stayed in multiple units here over the years and I have to say this was the cleanest and well appointed place we have stayed at. Everything you need is there, very close to everything. Beds were very comfortable. Highly recommend. Owner was very friendly and very responsive to emails. We will be back!!

The condo was exceptionally clean. We enjoyed our stay but feel the temperature in the house was overall cold with only one electric unit to heat the downstairs, the kitchen felt cold but it could’ve been because it was extremely cold during the weekend! The owner was very nice and she even had the cleaners leave us hot chocolate, which was a very nice touch!

Hosting was welcoming, The home is cozy and welcoming and functional for our family of 12. The only thing I would recommend is that the cleaning company could do a better job cleaning up in between stays. There was used tissues under the beds and empty bottles of drinks. We also ran out of toilet paper on the first night and couldn’t find any extra rolls. It was a little hard also with 3 families and only 1 functioning key to use.

This was a great property in an amazing location! PLENTY of space for a group. Lots of beds and the kitchen had EVERYTHING you need. You can walk right into town, and it’s just a short drive to all of the main Franconia attractions—truly excellent.My only feedback is that the title is a little misleading. I didn’t realize until after booking that the pool, hot tub, etc. are located off-site and require a drive rather than being right on the property.That said, we honestly didn’t have much time for those amenities anyway since the area is so full of fun things to do. Still, it would be helpful if the listing made it clearer that these amenities aren’t on-site—especially for families with young kids (we had four under age three, so hopping in the car for a swim wasn’t exactly easy!).

It's hard to choose my favorite part of this stay! The until was clean and comfortable, with many amenities. The property is beautiful, I spent a lot of time on the patio. The trail into the woods is visible from the back door, and leads to pretty and easy trails.Location is fantastic, an easy drive to some of the most beautiful parts of the whites. Good restaurants nearby. Communication with Marilynn was a breeze, and everything was so easy.My family of four had a fantastic stay.

Great location and format

We were focused on skiing and dining out at night. This condo was perfect for both. Spacious, with a closet big enough to fit our gear. We really loved the heating unit right by the door, as our stuff was always warm and dry when we wanted to put it on. The best part, however, was how close to the restaurants and bars it was. It is one of the units nearest the main street, so walking to and from the commercial district was so easy - the perfect distance, really, to stretch our legs after skiing all day.

Great place for a group

This property was very comfortable for our group.The loft was a great space for the kids.The kitchen was well equipped, cute rustic decor. Having access to the health club and pool was an added bonus. Only problem was there was a water main break. So we didn't have water. was much appreciated

A Great time!

Marilyn is a great host and her condo is clean with plenty of room for 11 people. If you have any questions, Marilyn is quick to respond. This was a great place to stay with quick and easy access to Loon Mountain.

Good family times!

The property was nice and well equipped with everything a house would have. From cooking tools to games for the kids and family. Xbox for the kids to play as well. Kids loved the Pac-Man machine in the dining room corner. The tv in the living room was also very useful to watch out church programs or you tube or watch a movie. We also enjoyed the pool and spa it offers at the health club. Overall it was a good time for our family to reunite 🙏❤️

Family Vacation!

This was a great space for my family with three small kids and some additional relatives to come stay with us. There was plenty of space, parking was close, the kids loved the pool, and the place was clean. This was our second time staying in Alpine Village and we loved it both times!
