âMarelyn and Ron were wonderful hosts. The reason for my visit was to attend a friend's funeral and they were so kind and thoughtful, that it made a difficult time just a little easier. My room was spacious, comfortable and the garden courtyard was the perfect spot to relax and listen to the birds! âI've stayed in a lot of hotels across South Africa. This is right up there with the best. Super friendly staff who go miles out of their way to help. A driver on standby, great food, stunning space, I can't recommend it highly enough.â
âAll hotel staffs are great, only last minutes upon check out, lady came to me and said because we ( 7 people ) check out at 12.00, we canât have any drinks and dinner anymore at the hotel, itâs strange hotel policy. Be aware if you have late night flight like me, youâll not able to have dinner here. Iâll not come back here even have beautiful viewâ
âNot so good as they didn't even accommodate us. They indicated that they don't use Hotels for bookings. I stated arguing even after showing them proof of payment they just refused to accommodate us. I will appreciate to be refunded as I experienced such experience for the first time in my life. â
