âThe staff was amazing!! Upon check in, Kayla was super friendly. It was our first stay at this chain and she explained the snacks, dinner/drinks and the breakfast perfectly. As for our room, we got off to an odd start as the bed linens were pulled down. Jaz and Kayla moved us to another room. Same thing happened. We were moved to a third room and it was all good. Upon checking out, the general manager asked if everything was ok and I told him yes after the rough start. He apologized and...
