“Our stay was amazing, when we checked in staff was very friendly. Once in our room We did find blood on our mattress cover. Called front desk and they immediately sent house cleaning. They apologized, and completely stripped and cleaned our bedding. When we checked out the gave us 50% off our stay. We would definitely stay there again!”

“Everything was great except: I don't understand the flat sheet on the mattress, instead of a fitted sheet. I'm not a good sleeper as it is, but after tossing and turning all night, to wake up on a bare matress that hundreds of other people have done the same, was disgusting. USE A FITTED SHEET! And your valet needs work! That is the first and last impression of your hotel. They don't even offer to open doors for passengers as you pull up, a couple of them had zero personality. “Overall was a great trip. Downfalls we experienced our room smelled like plant food but was clean. A little room air freshener then it was good. The plants made it feel homie. We had to pay for parking due to event we were unaware of prior to arriving. Loved the little kitchen it had in the room, sitting lounge area, and the coffee bar. We had walking distance to a lot of different attractions. Very friendly environment. Would stay again. ”

Clean lobby and clean & spacious room! The bed was firm but inviting. I slept like a baby. The only issue I had was finding close parking. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. ”
