Affärshotell i Northeast Side

“Did a early checkout and the staff supposedly had their system frozen and they needed to reset their system, they asked if I wanted to wait for a receipt kr they can send by email. They never did, talked to expedia and hotel and they basically couldn't do anything because there was no notes said the manager at the hottel. I really hope the with ugly nails who supposedly was going to send the receipt and the other guy who was working with her lose the exact amount or more money they srole from...

“This is an IHG company and let me tell you.. they maintain their status as a 4 to 5 star hospitality company. I highly advise you book and R2M here for you or your family during your travels.”

“Ganska slitet hotell men helt ok för en natt.”

“Tienen un precio muy comodo, limpio y sus”

“Clean room. Noisy guests kept coming in and out. Then someone's car alarm went off at 4am.”

“Helt ok hotell för övernattning med vänlig personal och prisvärt”

“Las habitaciones están bien, es un hotel ya antiguo pero en buenas condiciones, el personal muy atento en especial Blessy que me ayudó a cambiarme de cuarto en mi última noche debido a que la luz del baño de la habitación dejó de funcionar y me apoyó con un cambio de habitación sin problema alguna.”

“The pictures are deceptive, this place is basically a cheap motel for crackheads and you hear the trains loudly”

“Me and my partner stayed here for 2 weeks, the room had roaches and was so dirty that we had to go and buy cleaning supplies before we even wanted to be in there. The staff is overall friendly but the rooms are dirty, after about 10 days, our toilet broke and continued to flush constantly and our AC hadn't been cleaned in so long it stopped blowing air for a while. I can't recommend this place until they do something about the rooms”

“I understand you get what you paid for, however the property was extremely dirty! Smelled disgusting and I know it was just for one night since we needed a place to stay quickly before it got more late at night but there’s no excuse for being the way it was. ”
