“We checked into our room which was dated but okay. The floors felt dirty and wet. We settled in and decided to lake the best of it but when we climbed into bed the bedding was damp at our feet. We called the front desk who tried to help by bringing fresh bedding but when we went to change the sheets we discovered the foot of the mattress was soaked with who knows what!!! We asked to change rooms and they accommodated us with another room without a lake view but thankfully with a dry mattress. ...

“The cabin was clean and met our needs. We had a problem connecting out laptop to the TV but the staff member tried his hardest to fix the issue. It may well have been our laptop.”

“When I had originally booked… I had mentioned that I needed a room that would be easy to access with a walker. We had two rooms booked but when we got to the hotel, to access the rooms, my 87yr old mother had numerous flights of stairs with no elevator available. The front desk did change their room to a more accessible room but that also meant we could not be next to them. This hotel is not suitable for seniors with accessibility issues.
