“The property is absolutely stunning with beautiful lake views. It’s meticulously maintained and there is no other place to stay in Muskoka with the same number of amenities and restaurant options. However, all the elevators were down in our section of the hotel making it a very difficult walk up from the lake. They say that you can call for a shuttle but there is no way to call this shuttle, no number given and the shuttles are not running all day- you need to request one. There is no pool...
