Yorkeys maybe not as upmarket as Palm Cove, but it is close to Smithfield, a good golf club, and the Fishing Club. The hosts were really great and make you feel at home.. The apartment was clean and fitted with all the amenities required for a great family holiday. Will return..”

“The York was a great place to base ourselves for a couple weeks. It was clean, comfy, and quiet. We enjoyed having a nice big balcony and a pool, too. Managers Ed and May (Mai?) are very personable, helpful, and easy to talk with. We would go back, for sure.”

“The attached restaurant was convenient for breakfast and dinner and the food was tasty. The small shopping centre nearby had medical, pharmacy, barber and groceries and some eateries. The local boat club is very nice inside and great meals. Our internet worked well and the beach was a short walk from the rear of the apartments .This was our first time holidaying outside of Cairns city and we loved it.”
